I'm not talking about waiting and saving up, like just creating more volume. I just went and got Zinc 50mg pills. How many grams should i take a day. 1 pill or two because i know its toxic. The label says one. I was wondering what should be the second one. Lecithin, Saw Palmetto, L argitine, L-carnitine, or any others you guys think will be better. I don't have much money so i can only get one more. Which one should it be?
