I can see the appeal of going commando and letting it hang down one pant leg. I'm not that long (4-4.5 flaccid, but thick thighs), but i'm restoring my foreskin too. And some of those devices can be a little bulky and noticeable under clothes. My receptionist has been eye fucking my crotch every time i walk by. I have a pretty decent flaccid both length and girth, and I haven't worn underwear in ages. That being said, I wear loose fitting clothing and don't show a bulge through it. Maybe people see it moving as I walk, but to be honest I don't think it is noticeable. Sure you can wear clothes/underwear that promotes a bulge, but then that defeats your question of hiding it.

I'm a trainer and wear gym shorts all day. If I pump in the a.m my buldge is plenty big and noticeable. I Def see some people look. At times I almost am embarrassed of it lol.
