Thread: Cigarette smokers, read this

Hey Gym,
I became a smoker roughly one and a half months ago. I smoke a pack of cigarettes within 1-3 days of buying it. What has it done to me so far?
1) I have lost nearly half an inch in length
2) I cant get an EQ better than 7/10
Thats right. HALF AN INCH IN LENGTH. I attribute this loss to the fact that I cant get a 10/10 erection.
Why cant I get it up enough? Blood flow to my penis has decreased.
On the pack of smokes, it says: Tobacco use can make you impotant. Cigarettes may cause sexual impotence due to decreased blood flow to the penis. This can prevent you from having an erection. - Health Canada.
What's the next step? To quit smoking.
For all you guys out there that smoke, here is all the proof and motivation you need to quit. I know I am (as soon as my exams are done :P).

Man, just think growing for just quit he's better than 8" now in a few weeks he is going to see improved vascualr health he may be sporting 9" before long. And not only that improved vascualr health tends to thicken your dick more so than lengthen it in my opinion due to vasal dilation. He may pass the 6" girth mark. Now radio, i think this is fair stimulus to quit. Your going to be a doctor for Gods sake man, Quit!
I think part of thr reason i grew fast was i put away all vices at the time i started PE. No sweats, cleaned up the diet, no sodas, Stopped all medications that were contributing to the ED. Added in genseng, vanadium sulfate, chromium picolinate, gymemna sylvestre and billberry.

Im over 9x6 now KP , have been for awhile. Ive seen some major increases since I quit smoking. My erections at a place I never seen. I take slow ,deep, clean breaths now and its like I can feel the blood flow through me.Smoking is so hard to stop once youre truly hooked, it ends up killing people before they ever come close to quitting.

Thats a good enough reason for me! I was gonna wait and make it my new years resolution. I guess now is as good of a time as any. I really look forward to seeing all the benifits from being a non smoker. Wish me luck! fd

It is a scientific fact that nicotine constricts the smaller blood vessels (capillaries). Also, among the wide array of poisonous gases found in cigarette smoke you also find carbon monoxide (CO). A single exhaled breath of cigarette smoke contains as much as 60ppm (parts per million) of CO. I've seen it done.
Health and Safety standards allow for 400ppm before a lethal amount is encountered, but continuous exposure to 50ppm of CO, over an extended period of time can result in a number of nasty side-effects. Oh man, I figured this was the case. Its really strange that I have recently gone from half a pack to only one or two cigs a day, but this is enough for me to just say f-it all!!! This may be the one reason that could push ALL men to quit!!!

Tell a guy cigarettes will kill him and he will take his chances. Tell him it will shrink his weiner and he will freak out. The anti-tobacco campaign should get ahold off this thread.

You will never quit if you say that I *will* do it once such and such is done. I've been there. The best way to do is to quit this very minute i.e. don't even make your next cigarette the last one; instead the last cigarette you smoked should you be your last one. I started smoking a couple years ago, and since then tried to quit many times and always went back for one reason or another. But I've been clean for a week now. For me, the nicotine gum helped me. I didn't have the nicotine cravings so much, rather it was the "companionship" that the cigarettes provided was what i was missing. In my experience, the first 3-4 days are the hardest and then it gets relatively easy.
Hopefully, this will help me reach my goals faster now

What if you smoke but you also work out and do cardio 3-5 times a week?
