Maybe if you had renamed a bmp as a jpg, that might cause a problem. Just a guess.Valued Member of 11 years at the TheBiohackerLooks are deceiving, mirrors don't lie.

What is the file type format?A real man never hurts a woman. The woman came out of a man’s rib, not from his feet to be walked on, and not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved. - Mrs. workin_4_it

Try changing the extension to ".jpg" instead of ".jpeg".A real man never hurts a woman. File needs to be 80x80 or less than 18k. I always resize my avatars to 80x80 or smaller and save them as .jpg
Edit:Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).Last edited by drfrankencock; 10-25-2014, 12:59 AM.The difference between a winner and loser is, I don't date losers.

Thanks dr I will try that now .I find that when I shrink the picture down it loses some quality is tgeir a way to do it without affecting the quality or is it unavoidable because of the pixel countStart date january 3rd 2014

You're welcome. Glad it is working for you now. I always crop the image to a square before resizing, and then keep the proportions even. It's a bit of work, but resizing an even square is the best way to go.The difference between a winner and loser is, I don't date losers.
