These migrant workers making $300 a week don't have it as bad as you think. They come here work hard and in poor living condition(usually provided by the employer) for a few months. The only thing that they need to pay for is food. You will see them lining up at a Western Union on payday, they take what cash they need and send the rest home. After the season is over, they return home, don't have to work and live like kings compared to their friends who stay back and work all year.
When I was a kid I had a neighbor that was a migrant worker in another country. He was a welder and worked at constructing oil fields in Saudi Arabia. His wages paid 5 to 6 times more than the same job over here paid. They lived on a ship and were provided meals. On top of that, if you remained out of the country for a certain time(and I don't recall how many months it was back then) your earnings were tax free. They had great time off and could travel to other countries while they were not working. My neighbor did have an advantage over his coworkers though. We lived on the Canadian border. He would fly to Canada, call his wife to come pick him up and spend his time off at home. The government had no way of knowing he was back in the States.
He did that for 20 years and lived a very comfortable retirement for the rest of his life.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

You have countries that shouldn't be countries. You have leaders that shouldn't be leaders and yet they are allowed to continue. Just look at Haiti.
The world's still a toy if you just stay a boy!

This is what I said ,read it again .
There have always been aussie agricultural workers shearing sheep ,mustering cattle or cutting cane etc etc .
In recent times employers have used every dodgy trick in the book to import cheap labour from everywhere from Bangala Desh to Brasil . Their mantra is aussies don't want this work phah.

I was referring to the African continent...but very good point. I would have thought that the Gulf states would argue the amount of money they have given in relief aid and that they did not sign the 1951 treaty on refugees so they have no legal obligation. Does smack of NIMBY in my view.

This is what they want you to feel and think, those who hold the reins of global economy. A country full of colored people (another part of that "ISM" thing I mentioned in a previous post) will never be allowed to fully be responsible for nor take advantage of their natural resources. To do that would allow them (the masses of people) to have too much capital to effect change. The people running Haiti are no different than the people running El. Salvador, Italy, Serbia, etc. and anywhere else where economies have been marginalized. The people in charge are part of a larger (lets call it a fraternity) group which controls everything. That group (those with true power and invited to the main decision events) is made of of every shade that exist on this planet. So specifically to haiti...haiti will never be allowed to flourish in the way that you Cusp or myself and others on here would think because then the majority (masses and the unclean) would have access to capital giving them power and the people in charge can never allow that. Haiti is a very resource wealthy country in oil and gold just like many other countries that suffer the same problems. Line up any country that suffers these same issues and at the core you will see that it is always about the haves wanting total control and not wanting to share, because sharing give you power of choice.
The issue isn't whether these countries should be allowed to continue, the issue is how do we ensure that the real power with the regular person is supported (not talking welfare, but get up and gofare) to become part of stabalized nations. This does not mean allowing the US to become the Parent of said country (s). How can someone like you and me on the small scale be part of ensuring that the resources of the countries I mentioned ,others not mentioned, become usable and beneficial to all and not the few. In the case of Haiti its all about the Oil and Gold and the benjamins that will provide in the pockets of the few.
Cusp82 you know this must of been important enough for me to engage in this question, because honestly your Avatar scares me and makes me run and hide like a giggling school girl...I am afraid of your thunder bolt and will retreat to the music area now
Some sources to look at which support my view are

Haiti could have larger oil reserves than Venezuela

After all the dissing on our political leaders here and the EU I would have to say I'm hearing we shouldn't be a country, and we certainly don't have any leaders. So pick any one of those countries and apply the same filter to the USA... But then that would make me a commie fag junkie or some such.
Just apply the same logic and the conclusions become the same.tALL THE WAY WITH GOOD OLE JAY!
Thanks! These "ribs" are...
