I find it amusing that people who believe in god are on a PE forum trying to make their dicks bigger!! If there was a god, we'd all have big healthy dicks to begin with and this forum wouldn't exist. I wonder who's god has the biggest dick?

Just my 2 cents worth but Religion and the worlds oil are the root to what is evil in this world. It's all about power and who is best......RUBBISH!!

People tout that 'Him' upstairs is all loving and all caring but who's to blame for cancer, aids and other illnesses, war, murder and other world atrocities??? You can't say it is mans doing because apparently 'God' created man didn't he?

Believe in what you want but at the end of the day, your born, you live and you die. You are either burned to a crisp or put in a hole to be remembered by the people that love you for what you did to their lives, not for thinking there is all but peace in the world....that's for the naive

Yeah but does man get what he deserves, doesn't God forgive all sins? If I was to kill someone then go and repent I could leave knowing god still has a place for me at the pearly gates surely? Either that or is there anywhere that states god cocked up creating man with free will to kill?

Leading away from that what about the cancer and aids I mention about, Children dying, where does he get off from killing kids?

The big dick thing was pacifying the fact that most blokes on here will feel complete with the 'perfect' dick so why didn't god give all men big dicks in the first place.

God kills no one. God created humans as humans; not perfect beings. As silly as it sounds cancer does have a purpose beside killing people.

the way I see it is god has to exist regardless of all the horrible things you can name like cancer and blindness ect... all that proves is god is a sadistic asshole if you couldn't already tell by watching lions hunt down harmless animals and eat them alive. as far as I'm concerned I exist so there is a god denying god is stupid because you have to be created to deny him

ill try that out. i knew that happened i just didn't think an alternative would be similar. that's the problem with amps they rot your brain till all your dopamine cells are dead and your left with permanent depression, no sex drive and parkinsons disease the rest of your life. thankfully i recovered and i don't think i would have without starting to edge without ejaculation. that seemed to have brought my dopamine back to life =)

Pharmacologically, Amphetamine has two main issues/flaws in the short-term.

1.) It reverses the dopamine, serotonin AND norepinephrine transporters; similarly but not exactly to cocaine...it does so by activating TAAR1 (trace-amine-associated-receptor - and thus it markedly raises levels of the second messenger cAMP - leading to enhanced thyroid hormone and activation of electrical channels which then force recruit other systems to lock neurotransmitters into the synapse.

This in itself is a SOLID, very beneficial mechanism of action as cAMP is not only necessary for every body and nervous system tissue to work properly; but to work at their best HOWEVER, Amphetamine also increases serotonin, particularly 5-HT1A signaling - and this over time, can be inhibitory on overall memory function...and the positive reinforcing effects of both cocaine and amphetamine come from serotonin 5-HT1A - beta-endorphin linked pathways...

Additionally, serotonin accumulation in the synaptic cleft inhibits dopamine transmission in the VTA/mPFC by 5-HT6/7 receptors...so common sense goes out the window when these two areas become excessively inhibited....

SIMPLE ANSWER : Use a very LOW dose of Amisulpride (12.5 mg - 25 mg) to 'enhance' the effects of amphetamine.... while reducing the negative side-effects..another thing you can pair with amphetamine is mianserin or another serotonin antagonist....

ABSTRACT
Using extracellular unitary recordings in anaesthetized rats, this study examined the implication of the serotonin 7 (5-HT(7)) receptors in the inhibitory effect of amphetamine on ventral tegmental area and substantia nigra pars compacta dopamine neuronal activity. The acute administration of the selective 5-HT(7) receptor antagonist, SB-269970 (0.1, 0.5 and 1 mg/kg, i.p.), did not alter the firing activity of dopamine neurons. Interestingly, this antagonist prevented significantly the inhibition of dopamine neuronal firing activity induced by amphetamine (1 mg/kg, i.v.) in the ventral tegmental area, but not in the substantia nigra pars compacta. The present results suggest that 5-HT(7) receptors modulate the dopamine firing activity in the ventral tegmental area, thus affecting preferentially the mesocorticolimbic pathway.

And second, Amphetamine's second flaw is it's issue with disrupting adrenergic transmission...too much adrenaline causes issues and amphetamine raises adrenaline which causes the brain to -over-compensate- with subsequent modification of autoreceptors...

The best idea here is to augment the amp induced stimulation by adding in a very low dose of an a1-blocker if it causes you side-effects..however, the first point may be far more important ....!
