The dead popes are not worshipped. They are revered which is a big difference than worship. To, in a sense, give some type of credit or recognition to the sacrifices they made in their lives to help others and the Church well I think it's justified and a good reminder to us all.

We didnt pop out of nowhere, we evolved. It took billions of years. There is no God. I have not seen one shred of evidence showing there is. I believe in science so I dont believe there is some magical Being that oversees the universe and just decided to put himans on this tiny little insignificant planet. He would have much better things to do. Im an Atheist and believe life is precious, but there is plenty more life in the universe. We are an insignificant speck on a rock in the middle of some random galaxy swirlimg around billions of other random galaxies. Enjoy your life while you can. Once its over, there is no magical place you will magically appear in to live forever. These are fairy tales made up by people to have a reason to exist.

Gender balance?

Dreams are your brain creating images, scenarios while you are asleep, your brain doesn't turn off ( otherwise you would be dead ) and your characteristics, fears, loves, desires, amongst other things are factors in how your dreams play out.

Theory of us popping out of nowhere? The big bang is based on scientific facts. God, jesus and all that other stuff is based on old books and fear.

The sun is a star, like other stars you see at night, a big flaming ball of fire. The moon orbits earth, if it orbited the sun it would be classed as a planet.

We go in the ground and we rot. Or we're turned into ash.

When for example a man dies his soul leaves his body, and gets sent up to heaven or hell. Why bother revered (or worship imo) a dead body?

Manny he didn't bless the skulls; he blessed the spirit of what at one time resided in those skulls. Just like we keep pictures of loved ones that have been gone that is what those skulls represent. By blessing them as you call it it brings attention to the lives that those people led and maybe we could try to be a bit more like them.
