Hello,
I have been contemplating on PE for some time now, its more of a personal journey not because of insecurity. I really just am intrigued that some people found it is possible to achieve results through form of exercise. I was under the impression we were stuck with what we have. With that being said the majority of people who have achieved results posted a log. I don't see a log specific forum so here are the questions.
Where do I post a log where we document improvements and pics?
I have decided to go with the JP beginners routine along with the bathmate for supplement usage.
I want to write out my routine but don't want to post in the wrong section; very open to critiquing and advice.

You can find the logs that the guys are keeping in the Progress Forum. Keep in mind that not all successful members, including myself, have not kept a log.
The JP90 is a great routine to start off with, I think you will be happy with it. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask, the members here are very helpful.To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Welcome to the Gym.
It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.
Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
