  • New here, Need some advice.

    Hi, I'm new into this forum though i was lurking other forum about this PE thing..

    My story is simple.. in getting married in few months.. Both of us are virgins..
    so no.. no EX-BIG-PENIS-FEAR here.. But she did see dicks in porn and stuff and we know how they go..

    I'm an active person, love to masturbate (Who doesn't?) .. and i always fell not good enough about my penis
    when i watch porn (in watching home-made armature.. not the porn porn..) and i always see penis's bigger then me (or so i think). lately i started using omegle.. (don't ask don't ask...) and i see that i am smaller (or way smaller) by far than the majority of the guys there.. or on the live-steam sits where almost every couple steam i watch has a guy way bigger then me..

    My wife-to-be have seen videos and porn so she knows what's up and i am afraid she expect something like that (even know she knows my size..)

    I just want to be bigger.. even by a little to be more comfortable in my skin and size.

    is it possible ? (time to mention i tried PE before for a month or two.. 0 success..)

    I'm a shower.. my flaccid varies but lately most of the time its small, i remember it being a little bigger (lets say 3-4 inches.. and now its 1.5-2.5) and my erect is 6 inches..

    i would like help on what to do here.. i really want this.. getting few cm's or even 1, would be awesome for my..

    penis size (inches and just measured at this post) :
    FL : 1.5-2.5 (sometimes 3+)
    BPEL : 6.5 (and 6.5+ at 100% erect)
    NBPEL : 6 (and 6+ at 100% erect)
    EGirth : 6 (lets say 5.75 if the measurement is done correctly i hope)
    * measurements were don't while sitting on the edge of a chair.
    I mostly want bigger flaccid then bigger erect length...
    what routine should i do ? any help ??

    * is 6 girth really big ? for some reason when i see myself it doesn't look that big..

    Hey Aphatuk!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    You should have no concerns about you size. It is actually above average and your future wife should love it.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      Hey OP, welcome to the pegym!

      I would like to first assure you that at 6inch Erect Length you are AVERAGE! U are not small!

      The videos you watch, amateur stuff, maybe thats a bad representation of the actual penis size population in the real world. If i had like a 5 inch penis, i will not post a video of it, and vice versa- if i had an 8inch cock ill post vids of it.

      My advice is to read thru the stickies, read as much as u can and more, start one of the begginer programs like JP90 and give it 2 things: effort + time/consistency. That WILL give u gains! I can see you going from 6 inch to 7 inch in a year if u put the effort and consistency.

        First, 6.5 BPEL x 5.75 EG is already above average. Studies suggest the average length is somewhere in the 5-6 in range (I think the studies that give the lower measure are more reliable). Average girth is around 4.5-5 in. or so. (Google "Super Complicated Dick Size Percentile Calculator". It will show that, in a room of 1000 people, only 11-57 will be longer and thicker than you. Suprise! It ends up a large percentage of those like to show off, while the other 943-989 don't.)

        Newbie gains of .25-.50 in length aren't unusual within the first few months. Girth gains are typically slower - but you're already quite large there. Another thing to keep in mind - if you're both virgins, then she's not going to be accustomed to a large size. Naturally, do what you want, but my advice would be to wait until you're already married, and then bring her in on the PE process. That saves you having to stealth PE, lets her stretch gradually as you grow, and can be a source of fun for both of you, if she takes an interest in the process.

          There are any exercises for flaccid ? or are they for both flaccid and erecr?

              The beginner routines normally foster both length and girth.

                I found a simple stretching routine on another site. Since I'm mostly interested in length, and stretches focus on length, I thought I'd give it a go. (Also, the scientist in me thought it would be interesting to isolate a specific exercise to see the benefits it provided. With most people jelqing and stretching at the same time, it's impossible to say which is the real source of any gains.) My routine: 5 min. sustained stretch straight out. 5 min upward, and 5 min downward. I stretch Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. The rest of the week is "off", but I'm not as strict about off days as some people are.

                Personally, I don't think the specific routine matters a whole lot in the early stages. I think my signature just makes my routine look good, since I decided to report the first 1/4" in it. There are reports around here of people gaining that much even faster with JP90.

                  Im looking for the same goal as you, more length not much about girth with i might have (and a little more )
                  and asking people wont hurt

                  you hold it for 5 minutes in one go ? sorry if i misunderstand it since english is like my third language..
                  or do you go for reps at total of 5 minuts ?

                  i think i will more or less try your way with maybe few jelqs in for the heck of it.

                    Long time since i was here, with a question, is 6 inch's girth really big or is it just avarage ?
                    For some odd reason, i got 6 inches when last measured..but now for somereason i think its smaller then that,
                    i will remeasure it to be sure but will be glad for some answers

                    Did somekind of routine for a week + and i dont think its working that good for me..
