Hi, I'm a 22 years old Italian guy and I'm interested in improving my sexual health and measurements. I'm average (6.3" BPEL and 5" EG) and, after reading a lot about penis enlargement for beginners, I decided to give it a try. My ("modest?" but no easy) goal is 7" BPEL and 5.5" EG.
I'll keep you updated and probably I'll start a thread to track my workouts.

Welcome to the Gym!
Good advice already provided; however, It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.
Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Welcome aboard. Great to see people with "modest" goals also. Its much easier that way.
A lot of people come here looking for a 10 x 8" and won't be happy until that day when realistically it may never happen.
Give yourself a good solid year of training and I think you will get there.Starting Point: September 2010: 6.5" x 5"
Goal: 8" x 6"
