    Hey everyone, I'm 19 and my starting measurements are 5.5 x 4.7

    So i fall within the average range but as we all know, average just ain't good enough!

    I really want to get to 7.2 inches in length, mainly because even if my gains drop a bit I'm still at a nice 7 inches - and at least 5.5 inches in girth, even though when I get a hard on now, my tip gets to around 5.5 inches in girth but my shaft remains thinner.

    ANYWAYS - I did my first jelq session today and already noticed my flaccid length being a bit larger and fatter, of course it went away but it was a good feeling.

    I am also stopping masterbation as I think it will affect gains and my mental sensitivity.

    So guys, in your experiences with jelqing and stretching, how has it gone for you?

    This is my first post btw, give me pointers on the forum and everything, it would be much appreciated!

    Go to the START HERE! link at the top left of the page and you will find a lot of great information, as well as some beginner routines, to help get you started off safely and effectively. You should start off with a beginner routine such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine), it's a great routine that has worked well for many.

    Great that you're so motivated but I have one little suggestion, don't completely stop masturbation. Masturbation is essential for the health of your prostrate and is also just a fundamental aspect of a guys life. If I were you I would only do it on select off days, that way it shouldn't interfere with routines. Also you should look in Edging, great for getting a good pump after a session!

    Yeah man just do research on here

    we have a lot in common I started about 2 weeks ago but alots the same, we want about the same length increase, I also really really cut down on jerking off but like dude said don't stop completely, I found that one time before bed is great, its a nice look forward too at the end of the day. when you do this, I would kill two birds by edging, tons of info on here about that so I wont get into that but yeah that's a good plan. penis heals when its flaccid so the less hard you are the better. I say you start with JP90, start at like 1/5th of it, and slowly add, AS LONG AS YOUR PI's ARE STILL LOOKING POSITIVE. PI's are key to this as it will tell you if you are overtraining or you can handle adding more. I am two weeks in and I am about 5/6th from the total JP90 by the end of the week going to start the full thing as long as my PIs tell me its okay. I also started added in some stetching on top of that but that's just a personal choice. People all have a different idea on how often to do them but I found that 1 day on 1 day off is great, you work out your dick, then it has ~44 hours to heal before next workout. Ive gained .25" so far doing this. Contrary to people doing multiple days on then days off where the dick never really gets a change to fully heal, people argue its enough but in that case I don't see why you would ever take a day off. Remember PE makes your dick slightly smaller, its only the healing from that breakdown where it gets bigger so don't underestimate your rest days! consistency consistency consistency.... if you want gains you gotta really push yourself though the days you don't want to do it, you wont feel as motivated as you do now forever (on a day you were supposed to workout and were having positive PIs that is).
