Yes, you are putting a lot of stress on the BC muscle. Continue to do that and you will pull the muscle and then you will be looking at hard flaccid.
A little tension when stretching is ok, but if it would cause the penis to tug (and I am only talking about the strength of the kegel, not whether the penis actually tugs or not) then that is bad. Note that I am talking about a kegel, and not a spasm (quick, light kegel that wouldn't cause the penis to tug)

This guy is an inch over average in length and 2/3 inch over average in girth, and has debilitating anxiety about his size.
Costanza, I realize that facts don't usually help with this sort of thing, but you really need to understand you are blessed naturally.
I entered your numbers into a penis size calculator, and it tells me that in a room of 1000 men, only 28 will be both longer and thicker than you. And you have more total volume than 93.81% of men.
Using a different study, you only 64 in 1000 will be both longer and thicker. And you have more volume than 83.82% of men.
By comparison, this is like being 190 centimeters (6'3") tall and complaining that you're short. Maybe if you are comparing yourself to professional basketball players (porn stars), you might feel a little short, but compared to the average man you are doing BETTER THAN FINE.
Sounds silly, but I recommend losing the fat and doing some PE, then take a video of yourself masturbating. It will give you a better appreciation of your size.
