    Dear Pegym members,

    After much lurking around, I've decided I'd sign up.

    First off, a little bit of background... I'm a thirty something year old with african heritage living in Portugal. And a very frustrated one. Since a very young age it was brought to my attention the fact that I'm not exactly the most well endowed person out there. This has had a tremendous impact in my life in the sense that it prevented me from experiencing the joys of the teenage years as I never felt I could be matching the female desires. Actually, to this day, I do not go beyond a certain point I can sense sex to be inevitable. I've squandered countless opportunities to take girls home because I simply am not confident in what I have to offer. A huge chunk of the problem lies in the fact that, being black, women tend to have extremely high expectations towards my package. I don't think I have it in me to manage the oddity of the situation.

    I've been battling depression since a long time now so I'm often not one to endure or persevere.
    It's been 13 years since I first read about PE. I never got around to get down to business in a consistent way. And that maybe has to do with an unspoken fear of failure. What if I put in all the work and still don't get results? My mind is flawed, I know. But I am those people that don't do things due to fear... of not achieving the proposed goal. It was a problem during college and still is. In the little things. But I guess this is not the place to address such problems.

    Anyway, I'm joining you in an effort to have some accountability as well as (hopefully) getting your advice on the best ways of improving my size. And now the moment you tell me I'm blowing this out of proportion... My initial measurements are (as you can see in my profile):

    BPEL: 6.8 in
    NBPEL: 5.2 in
    MSEG: 5.4 in
    BPFL: 4.4 in
    FL: 3.1 in
    FG: 4.1 in
    BPSFL: 7.2 in

    Yes, I know the jargon and, yes, I'm probably blowing it. Yes, maybe my issue is mostly psychological. But, understand that my context might be different (men I'm going "up against"). As you can see by the difference between BPEL and NBPEL, I'm fat. For reference, in my best shape to date a number of years ago, NBPEL stood at 6.1 in.

    I've done some PE some time ago. A purchased a Bathmate Hercules, a Male Edge and an Andropenis. The Male Edge broke, the Andropenis was too uncomfortable to use for the prescribed amount of time, and the Bathmate seemed to have produced some results that faded away after I stopped using it. Girth improved and length seemed to be improving (expansion taking me to new markings within a few weeks).

    Now I want to get back into it. So, I'd love if you guys could give me opinions regarding the following routine:

    AM:

    JP90 Beginner's routine

    PM:

    Bathmate
    Light stretching

    I plan to do this routine on a 3 days on, 1.

    Thoughts?

    Hello and welcome!
    You are bigger than me and definitely above average!
    I suggest you hold back on the bathtmate and light stretching and only do JP90 for now. Too much and you may injure yourself. Once your 90 days is up, then implement the bathmate.
    i also suggest you change your attitude about your relatively average penis. Frustration is bad when doing PE, cut it out! Always go into PE with an objective mindset as your self loathing may cause you to get over zealous and over train. That's bad.
    Also make sure you have a balanced pelvic floor and are not kegeling while stimulating or stretching.

    Hey Costanza!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.


    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

    Thank you very much indeed for your kind words and advice.
    I've delved into the information. Quite helpful, especially issues related to overtraining and psychological factors.
    I've taken some photos and tomorrow is the day I'll start my JP90 quest. To keep my motivation up I'll refrain from measuring before the 6 months mark. Crazy, I know! Depending on PIs 3 months in, I might consider incorporating complementary exercises like the Bathmate. By then I should be adequately conditioned.
    I have, however, a question: what about masturbation? Do you reckon it can be done with minimum impact on potential gains? I've seen a related survey that kind of hinted at a direct link between no masturbation and gains. We're not talking daily masturbation, but maybe twice a week?!? I can't really see myself going more than a month without doing it!

    The weight loss factor alone may make a huge different in the appearance of your size. Couple that with male enhancement training and you'll get a double impact towards progress.

    Having a positive mindset is important if you want this type of training to work, so this should be worked on in conjunction (of if severely negative, before) you take up male enhancement training.

    There isn't a problem per se. It's very concealable and all, the build is solid. In my personal experience, the discomfort after the 2 or 3 hour mark makes it impossible to use for, like, 8 hours/day. But that's me. I guess one could improve the the daily usage by making somewhat frequent breaks which might not be practical if you're in some sort of work environment.

    The weight loss factor alone may make a huge different in the appearance of your size. Couple that with male enhancement training and you'll get a double impact towards progress.

    Gotta love the way our minds f#ck with us. And by love, I mean HATE.

    This guy is an inch over average in length and 2/3 inch over average in girth, and has debilitating anxiety about his size.

    Costanza, I realize that facts don't usually help with this sort of thing, but you really need to understand you are blessed naturally.

    I entered your numbers into a penis size calculator, and it tells me that in a room of 1000 men, only 28 will be both longer and thicker than you. And you have more total volume than 93.81% of men.

    Using a different study, you only 64 in 1000 will be both longer and thicker. And you have more volume than 83.82% of men.

    By comparison, this is like being 190 centimeters (6'3") tall and complaining that you're short. Maybe if you are comparing yourself to professional basketball players (porn stars), you might feel a little short, but compared to the average man you are doing BETTER THAN FINE.

    Sounds silly, but I recommend losing the fat and doing some PE, then take a video of yourself masturbating. It will give you a better appreciation of your size.
