    Hey guys (and gals), just recently discovered this place through various google searches on penis enlargement.

    I'm in a bit of a predicament here on whether I should start PE, fueled partly by my own insecurities and ego but also from what my partner has said as well.

    I'll get straight to it... as my username suggests, my penis is pretty average, approx 5.5" / 14cm in length and 5.2" / 13cm in girth.

    I've never been insecure or unhappy about my penis size until I met my current partner. One day we were just talking about our past sexual experiences and (without me asking) she mentioned that her past exes were 18cm and 17cm in length. I'm not sure if many of you guys have experienced this, but its a crushing experience to hear that.

    Now truth be told, we have a good sex life, I am able to bring her to orgasm many times both orally and via penetration, but I still feel 'inadequate'. That I'm unable to 'go as deep' as her exes did... that perhaps there are parts of her vagina (A spot? Cul de sac?) that I'm not able to reach and stimulate like they did because I lack those few cms... that maybe they could 'bottom out' on her and I can't... and all this this eats at me inside, even if I don't show it to her often.

    The only thing that is stopping me from commencing PE is that from the few times I've mentioned my insecurity to her, she has always reassured me that I'm the 'perfect size' for her and that she doesn't wish my dick was any bigger. That sex was sometimes painful with her exes because they would sometimes go too deep (I'm guessing by that they hit her cervix). She also mentioned that good sex is so much more than just dick size, which I agree with. Still, a part of me yearns for more... you always want what you don't have, right?

    I don't wish for a huge dick, just a solid 7" or 18cm, if nothing more than to cure my own insecurities, but I'm also mindful of the fact that she mentioned sex was sometimes painful with her exes because of their length. I would hate to not be able to do certain positions or not be able to go balls deep because I'm 'too long' and causing her pain. That would be the last thing that I want.

    My thoughts are that since the gains from PE are gradual, I could go to 15 or 16cm initially and see if that has any effect on our sex life for better or worse, and take it from there...

    Sounds very familiar, Mr. Average. I had a girl tell me something almost exactly like that, and it crushed me. Told me I was average and perfect. I broke up with her because of it.

    But I think many guys have been there. Girls are either clueless about such things, so make those comments, or they do it maliciously.

    You can certainly get bigger to deal with it, but you can also accept that your size is just fine.

    Welcome to the Gym.

    only you can answer your question. All I can say is that to get to even 16 cm is going to take a lot of time (probably over a year) and dedication. And to be frank, the gains come gradually so your girl friend will probably not even notice.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
