    Hello,

    Been following the forums for a while, but haven't made an account until now. I'm brought here today by wanting to gain some girth, but also trying to get some tips on getting over being shy, and being out of the "game" for a while.

    So I guess to start I'll shoot out some the beginning size:

    BPFL-4.25"
    FG-4.25"
    BPEL-6.00"
    EG-4.75"

    As mentioned above I'm really only concerned about getting some more girth (not saying length wouldn't be nice, just more worried about girth.) I know I will be basing my routine around jelqing exercises, and that a good warm up and cool down are essential.

    A little about myself. I'm 26, 5'5" tall, and weigh about 170lbs right now with a body fat % around 13. I workout 6 times a week, and take in supplements. I masturbate about 4 times a week, which I'm going to trying to get that number down. So, now for the other reason I'm here. As the older I get the more shy, and less sexually active I am. I don't really know what is going on. I tend to veer away from sex, and talking to girls in general. Hopefully I can get some advice on what you guys are doing.

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.


    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

    The best way to meet women is to join a mixed social or religious group, preferably emphasizing singles, which meets on a regular basis. This will allow you to get together on an informal basis.

    Focusing on EQ improvement and performing your exercises like the jelq with a higher degree of erection (but not fully erect- yet) should help you to maximize girth gains.
