    Hi everyone,

    I decided to try and start doing Jelq, tunica tugs and etc.
    I want to gain more length and thickness over time.
    My girlfriend is crazy about the size and wants me to get bigger (I also want to get bigger, so its my own decision in a way)
    As of right now I'm 7.5 bpl and 5.5 eg.
    (Looking for mabye 10 bpl and 7 eg?)

    So nice to meet you everyone
    and if you have any advice for me I will happy to read it.

    (Should I stay away from pumping? I am scared that it does the contrary effect..(bathmate)

    Hey Heave!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    Stay away from pumping until you have properly conditioned your dick. After that, pumping is a great way to increase girth.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

          Thank you for the response, I will read all of those to start of gently and avoid injuries.

          I just wanted to know, is 10 inches a bit overkill or it is fine since me and my girlfriend want it. (We are comfortable wanting this as a long term goal)
          The same thing goes for the 7 eg.

          Is it possible?
