Just wanted to say thanks to all who contribute to this site. I have had low testosterone (196) for years and finally found a doctor who I trusted. He inserted Bio Te pellets and that brought me up to near 1000. I felt much better and was getting night and morning wood for the first time in years. However, I still had a difficult time getting hard enough for sex. Thank God my wife of 25 years is patient.
Anyways after my first Cialis experience I found I could achieve the desired result but at $300 per bottle, decided this is not a solution long term. Did some searching and found this site, what a relief.
I have been doing the exercises for about 4 months now and am well on my way to a no pill solution. Thanks again to everyone here for sharing your experiences and I think I owe it to others to do my part, so I will also share what I have experience in hopes of helping others.

You are very welcome. Just know that experimenting with ED pills is risky due to dependency risks. Kegeling and reverse kegeling (both are mandatory) is better to try first than pills. Keep us posted and good luck!

Thanks Hans, I have been very cautious with the pills and have only taken the 5mg pills maybe twice in a week. Now that I have the knowledge I am working on K and RK regularly as well as edging to increase EQ.

P90 since I came upon this site. Previously I purchased a Pos T Vac pump in hopes of using the included rings. I could achieve an erection but the even the largest ring they supplied was painfully tight. Not that I am that big (BPEL 6" EG 5"), it was just so tight that the idea of having sex with it on... no way. I used the that pump a little but after P90 I bought a Bathmate X30 and like it much better. Warm water is a wonderful thing.
