    Greetings everyone,

    I am extremely new to pe. Started with Jpop's routine: (https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...deos-pics.html )

    All my blessings to the insightful people who shared their experience and knowledge

    Have been suffering from poor erection quality and premature ejaculation due to heavy porn and over-masturbation(quit a month ago). I am 7" x 4.5" when erect looking to gain in both {alot more in girth though (I know I have a very poor ratio )}

    Any recommendation if I should only do Jpop's routine and edge after complete 3 months of hardmode abstinence?
    I also have developed a left curvature right from base. should i incorporate some pe for it or get an extension device for it or wait before my 3 month conditioning is over?


    Any replies, greetings or different suggestions are welcome.

    Hello friend, and thanks for joining us. Stick with your porn abstinence, and the JP90. Between the two of them your EQ should improve. Then continue with the edging and you will retrain your ejaculation response. Keep it up and you will reach your goals.

            Welcome to the forum!

            Focusing on stamina only to bring up your EQ and resolve any detraining issues might be better for you than a full routine at this point.

              Big Al is best to talk to about curves if that is your condition.

              Hi there, I would be very grateful if you look into my thread that I posted and throw some insight as I have learned from various references directed at you in various threads that you might be an expert for what my condition is. Thanks in advance.

                If the curve is slight then performing your training with your hands opposite the curve and with a concerted effort to counter any twists should help.

                If this isn't sufficient, then exercises like Erect Bends can be useful. Extreme caution should be used with this movement!

                  What if you have a slight "ring dent" in your penis? Mine is on the left side due to years of excessive masturbating. I forgot to mention that Al.

                    thanks alot for giving my condition a thought. going through your detraining reference right now. As for erect bends, reading further about it I think I'll be doing it after my 3 months of conditioning.

                    I believe I have some sort of pelvic imbalance and can't figure out if I my muscles are tense or weak as I currently am suffering from premature ejaculation, i.e. involuntary pc convulsions and ejaculation very quickly when I start real sex with zero control how hard I try but I also have developed anterior pelvic tilt with a feeling that I might have reverse kegeled alot in past month and worsened my condition.

                    I would be grateful to know what kind of imbalance I have as I see signs of both except for delayed ejaculation (which could be due to my years of masturbation habit). But it wasn't always like this as I have had hours of butt souring, scream inducing satisfying sex before. I believe it changed due to too much PMO, malnutrition and abstinence from real sex for a long time.

                    I'll be grateful if you throw some insight to my pelvic muscle condition.

                    (sorry for the long post)

                      Read Hans Twilight's signature. Follow the excersizes. Then begin stamina training with Plateua edging. Before you know it your buns will be screaming again.
