    Im 19 years old, and my biggest crippling insecurity is that my penis is too thin to please a woman
    Ive had sex with 4 girls, im only 100% sure that ive pleased one, which was a virgin, one i was too drunk to remember, the third one im pretty sure faked it but the problem is my current girlfriend, the only one that ive had doesnt seem to feel anything from my penis.

    The first time we had sex a couple of weeks ago (she was a complete virgin, noone had even fingered her before I did) she literally said i dont think its in, and believe me it was, when I asked her if it felt good she also said she didnt care either way. Ive been verbal about her not feeling anything and the next few times weve tried it it seems to have gotten better, atleast she feels something, nothing much because she doesnt move or moan or anything but atleast something.

    So maybe its also something to do with her, she says quitting tampons have helped and maybe in the future with her being more comfortable or whatever she will feel more pleasure.     On a side note im afraid of jelqing to be honest, my erections are pretty weak which im targetting through kegels, namely these , <Link not approved, removed> but I feel like jelqing can make my erections even weaker. To describe it simply i think my dick is too long for its girth, it doesnt look like it supports it. So anything else I can do is greatly appreciated.

      Kegels (both K & RK) along with a regular edging routine will build your EQ, and also build your stamina. Your GF would also benefit from a good kegel routine to "tighten up" her pelvic muscles, improving her ability to grip your penis, which will result in better stimulation for BOTH of you.

      Jelqs are perfectly safe when performed correctly and are a KEY to girth development. They feel GREAT TOO! Just don't use too much grip intensity and too many reps until your penis is conditioned properly, to avoid injury. You're young, so recovery from PORN addiction is a tremendous first step toward improving your EQ. You're also likely to still be growing naturally at 19, so coupled with a healthy PE routine, you might see results more quickly if you are consistent with your exercises.           Just go easy and not too tight a grip - just enough to feel a slight bulging sensation but not so tight that you're strangling it!

              Did you not find any good mention of 'them' ?
              Or did you just concentrate on negative things ?

                      Hey rts!

                      Welcome to the Gym

                      It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

                      I satisfied my wife with a 4.4" MSEG for 40 years. Accordingly, technique is mor important than girth. However, I subsequently increased my girth by over 1" with an intensive pumping routine. In this regard, it is importAnt to first condition your dick. It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

                      Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to peruse your routine.

                      Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
