    Hey all! I'm here more for the stamina aspect to hopefully get past a PE issue I've had for my whole life (the "my wife is to hot excuse doesn't cut it anymore") LOL. Not that I'd mind shifting focus to size if I can get the PE under control in the future. I've tried numerous things before in the past. Went to a urologist and ended up on an SSRI which did little to no good. I've started down the Kegel road in the past but never really stuck to it when I didn't see any gains. A couple weeks back a drew a line in the sand and decided I was going to go all in (pun intended) on fixing this issue. I started researching again and did some sex therapy with an AASECT certified therapist. Pretty much everyone (books, the therapist, etc.) goes back to Kegel's and edging. I'm interested to hear others results and hope that over time I can post a success story of my own. I found the site searching for the reverse kegel as the app I'm using to track my progress has it and I'd previously never heard of it. The sex therapist hadn't even heard of it and that was why I was researching. I'm also interested in the meCOACH to try to put some structure to my goal. However, I'm not sure how much the basic/premium plans really deals with the PE aspect. Seems targeted more toward the size piece. None the less put a separate post soliciting feedback about that in the PE section of the forum. Wish everyone good luck and success!

    Welcome to the Gym, bstamper! To address your pre-E, a little more info about yourself would be helpful. Do you exercise regularly at a people gym? HOW'S YOUR FITNESS LEVEL? Diet? Have a regular PORN habit? ALL THOSE can have a strong influence on pre-E.

    You say you tried kegels & edging for stamina, which is good, but if your pelvic floor is weak, you're not going to be successful with those alone. Try doing deep flat-footed Hindi squats & yoga poses (dog/cat) to stretch and exercise your PC & BC muscles. Learn to do REVERSE Kegels (RK) as part of your kegel & edging routine. You can find LOTS of helpful threads on those in the pre-E subforum, so READ THERE A LOT!

                      Hey thanks for the response. Regarding your questions:
                      Do you exercise regularly at a people gym? Sadly, no, I've been bad about this. Work, 3 kids, 10 girlfriends and a wife leave little time in life. If you believe the 10 girlfriend part I have some beautiful oceanic beachfront property in Iowa for sale.

                      HOW'S YOUR FITNESS LEVEL? based on the previous question's answer I'm clearly not ready to run a marathon. that being said I'm not highly overweight and have no medical issues. 5'9" 195lbs.

                      Diet? Just got back on one last week and have been eating far better. Portion sizes are a huge thing for me and now what I'm putting in. Garbage in...garbage out.

                      Have a regular PORN habit? This is an interesting one. We talked about this when I was at the sex therapist too. I'm a sex addict. No, not in a nypho type of way but more I want to understand anything and everything there is to know about sex. Its a passion of mine...i can't get enough info about it. If it wasn't weird I'd talk openly to people and learn about what makes them tick etc. So, I will watch amateur porn quite a bit (tumblr feed etc.). This is whatever I can find on sites that appears to be real people (not actors) who setup a camera in the corner of the room. I don't masturbate to porn. Never really have. I don't use it at as a tool to become aroused and in most cases I don't really get aroused by it. I am more or less "interested" in analyzing it. See I might be just as weird as you all claim to be. Sounds like I'll fit in.

                          Certainly not! Its good to see an open community of people where I can talk about this. As the therapist said and a book I read said. These aspects of sex aren't things "guys" talk about much so to have an open forum of people willing to help is awesome. I work in technology and understand the concept on forums like this. If you do your research first and then ask the question you'll be successful. Come in firing off questions without using that good ole search feature first doesn't work well. I realize there is a lot of data I need to get through before I start with specific questions!

                            You're a puzzle brick that fit right in here! I share your view and your interest regarding what makes people tick sexually. (But also what makes them tick in other areas.) I am probably not as diligently styding it as you do though.

                              Perhaps the biggest issue with me not being able to fix this PE issue in the past is the same reason I don't have a Gym membership. I've tried them but life gets busy and it all gets the short end of the stick. This is why I have inquired if anyone has used the meCOACH as it sounds like it adds some structure and regime to the process. If I had a personal trainer at the gym setting me up with what to do as well as making sure I'm doing it right it would certainly help. To some degree holding me accountable as well. Anyway, off to research the Hindi squats & yoga poses. Hope everyone is having a good weekend.
