I have been lurking in the shadow of PEGYM for at least 4 months now, following set routines, mainly the JP90 programme, and I have finally decided to join up and discuss and share my routines and results, if any .
Firstly, allow me to introduce myself, I am 29 and currently live in the UK and I am married. I have had 5 previous partners before I met my wife, and I have always felt insecure about my body, but mainly my junk. For me the insecurities started when I met my wife, 9 years ago, we went through a difficult patch when we first got together, and she cheated on me. I have got over the trust issues and everything else, but what I haven't got over is why, and the main thing at the back of my head, is my penis good enough for her. She has always said I am the biggest she has been with, whether that's true I don't know or whether she does not want to bruise my ego I don't know, but I tend not to pay much attention.
I came across this site last year, and I was addicted to what I was reading, exercises to increase girth and length, well who wouldn't turn that down. Before jumping in and tugging my cock like a wild animal, I decided to research first, read properly and look at routines. The main one was the JP90 routine.
In April I decided to start PE. But it wasn't until late June that I really decided PE was for me, it made me feel good, it made me realise there are other guys out there that want to achieve the same thing, so I came here for advice, to share and to be apart of the journey with you guys.
Right now, these are my measurements:
22/08/2017
BPEL: 7.3
NBPEL: 7
Girth: 5.4
My short term Goal is as follows:
BPEL: 7.5
Girth: 5.6
Long term goal is as follows:
BPEL: 8
Girth: 6
Once I have achieved these measurements, then I will look to cement my gains.
So, one question I do have, I like the JP90 routine, I would like to keep that going, its been over 3 months now, but I am looking to incorporate a routine that allows for girth and length gains. I would like to try routines that I can gain both of these together?
Just a quick one, I do not know my measurements before I started PE, so unsure how much if anything I have gained, although veins are defiantly more prominent, and my penis does feel thicker.
And is it just me, or when I measure my length, and get NBPEL of 7, or just over, my penis does not have the appearance of a 7incher, this may be lighting, angles or the girth of my penis is not that great compared to length. I am not sure, but I have seen 7 incher's that appear larger than mine lool confused?
So I am here now, expect to see a lot of me and pictures which I will upload aswell.
