Hi, I tried regular PE 10+ years ago for a few months. I was surprised recently to find out I remembered my login info for the website with the tutorials...not sure if putting the name of the site is allowed. However, i do recognize at least a few names here as part of that other forum when it was active.
Anyway, out of curiosity I decided to measure myself and write it down at the beginning of year with the intention of maybe picking back up. After doing some dieting and exercising, loosing about half my bf I took a more recent measurement and was shocked I was +1.5cm NPEL & +.5cm E.G !!. I realized reducing the fat around the area was the difference. Anyway am really motivated to see if I can gain even more through PE. I purchased a bathmate and was planning on getting a sg device and coming up with a way to use them along with manual PE.
now to my questions...
1.)I have been doing a lot of reading the last few weeks and im now under the impression now that discoloration is just a byproduct of doing pe/pumping/stretching. However, I never noticed anything like that in my past experience. Thoughts?
2.)Also does anyone have any advice about how to incorporate all 3 methods or any proven programs?
3.)And finally, are gains really permanent? I would like to put in the effort now while I have the time and motivation, but other than maintaining EQ I don't think its possible to continue training indefinitely.
