    Hey guys!
I just started viewing this page a little over 2 weeks ago. I am 37 and have had a slight bend to the right due to Peyronies from a injury during sex. (She was hot but not worth that!). I purchased a AndroPeyronie device and am following the manual. I started using it last Monday so I am currently on day 8 of a long journey. I will be taking my measurements soon so I can make sure I am tracking and posting correctly here. After reading much of the forum, I realize the key to this is commitment and consistency.

I was thinking about doing a jelqing session each evening in the shower to go along with the traction training I will be doing during the day. The hardest part of my training will be sticking to the long hours of traction. I spend a lot of time in the car so I know I can knock out several hours there and do the rest in the mornings and evenings.

Any advice on mixing my jelqs and traction is welcome. Thanks and best wishes to all!

Maybe in the first month or two, don't exceed 2 or 3 hours a day.
consult the documentation that came with the device too.

      Dangler,
So you think maybe to wait a month or 2 before adding a small jelq routine? Or start doing it for the first 2 months? Thanks!

If you jelq, don't use excessive force, for one. You might try jelqing before mounting into the extender, maybe part of a warm up routine.

Plan for a day or two every week to 10 days as a rest day. Go out dancing, canoeing, have some fun !

Keep reading on the forum & learn stuff.

          Hey Ron!

          Welcome to the Gym.

I agree with Dangler in that you should do some Jelqing and stretching to "limber" up your dick before going into the Extender.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Thanks Gentlemen! I will start doing some light jelqing exercises tomorrow morning. I will also begin on the against the curve stretches in the evening I read about earlier in the forums. Im looking forward to conquering this and facing it head on....no pun intended

I was told a few months ago by the Urologist to gently bend against the curve and that may help. At first he had me take pent, vitamin e, and low dose cialis. Upon my second visit, he recommended stopping that treatment since it had since been proven to show little results. The stretching and bending were his suggestion.

I have just started the new regimen. I am posting my progress in the Progress Forum and am currently on day 10. I am following the Andropeyronie device manual and am also performing light jelqing in the mornings prior to using the device during the day. I am also performing lightly bending against the erect curve while massaging the plaque in the evenings. As for kegels, I am performing those 3x per week. I am trying to keep the workload light since I am already getting a good stretch from the device and do not want to push myself too hard. Slow and Steady is the way based on what I have been reading here
