Hey guys, been a few years since I was here.
I came back to try and restart and hopefully gain too!
Apparently I discovered that back then i counted one hand as a rep when jelqing so I was pretty much doing the routine not to its fullest
I'm currently doing jp90's routine, started a couple weeks ago
did half reps and 1 day on 1 day off, now I'm starting to do the full routine (adding 25 more jelqs per few weeks till the 150) but still stay on the same routine days due to the positive pi's I'm getting
Already my flaccid feels "squishier" fuller etc, maybe a tiny length gain as well
I feel like I should start doing it 2 days on and 1 off but not really sure, would appreciate any advice
