Hi guys!
Very inspired about the words and wisdom of minuteman and drummer19, I have decided to become an active user as I need to be held accountable to someone if I'm gonna stick with any routine. About me: 33 years old, have had various degrees of premature ejaculation thru my entire life, tho it has become worse recently due to condoms killing my erections which makes me tense up and immediately reaching PONR as soon as the penis touches the outside of the vagina.
As soon as I'm distracted and not stimulating the penis, either solo or with partner, I loose erection. I also have a hard time getting erection without stimulating the penis, even to porn. I know. I will quit porn, but I have been without porn for months on end before and I felt a drop my libido and not the other way around... I also read about sex therapist (Italian one, I can look here up) who is using porn to treat premature ejaculation, so I'm unsure if it really is the devil... Tho I prefer written erotica as I can control myself more.
I have other issues which may or may not be related: sensitive balls! If I were tight underwear (normal sized M), or sit in a soft couch for too long, or ride a bicycle... my balls can ache for days! I have been to several doctors and urologists about it, but they just state that I don't have cancer so I should not worry about it.
The foreskin of my penis is so short that it doesn't cover my glands, so I'm uncut but I do look cut. My glands is sensitive to the point of hurting if I were to loose underwear after masturbation/sex as the fabric rubs against it.
So sore and sensitive glands and balls! Dissapearing erections and premature ejaculations! Some of it is lack of confidence and self-esteem I think, as it didn't used to be this bad when I was younger when I didn't know too much about the condition! Oh, and i also have tinnitus, so I'm afraid of taking viagra/cialis/dapotextine/SSRI-stuff/pills cause I don't want to worsen it.
I realize even as I'm standing here typing that there's a tightening in my PC muscles. I'm very confident in doing regular kegels, do the muscles feel very sore after one session and there's no way I can do 3 sessions a day. I have read about reverse kegels but I don't think I'm able to do them. When I try, my balls still get pulled towards the body? I feel like I'm just using my lower abs when I press out urine during peeing and that I'm not doing proper reverse kegels...
So my mission is to master reverse kegels. There's a lot of guides out there, but I'm not able to follow them. I try but as I said I feel like I'm using my lower abs and fill my belly with air to stretch rather than the PC muscle itself... If that makes sense?
I will try document my journey, hopefully it will be one of improvement. Sometimes when I'm super relaxed I can fuck a girl for normal amount of time (few minutes maybe), as opposed to few seconds when I'm nervous and tense... So alot of it is in my head! But how do one fix the head? How can I stay chilled with a naked lady but also excited/aroused enough?
So many questions. But that's me!

I suggest doing some stretches as per the Hindi thread in pre e forum.
A hormone test might be an idea . If you do it get the numbers.

You've really answered the what. Stay relaxed. The how? Practice, stay vigilant, meditate, control your mind and your responses rather than letting them control you. Finding excuses to keep porno or anything that is not helpful will be... not helpful for as long as you use them. Good luck, relax and enjoy.
