    Hey everyone...

    Happy New Year!

    For the past week or so I've been lurking and trying to read through the threads and routines. Hopefully my commitment to a routine, likely JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine, won't go the way of most New Year's resolutions. I'm in my late 30s, but some years ago, probably nearly a decade ago, I did have a modest jelqing routine, but for one reason or another, I abandoned it. I'm hoping that keeping progress w/ and on the forum will keep me motivated, as will achieving some of my short term goals.

    Here's where I'm at...

    Reasonable goal?

    Start (01/06/18)
    BPEL = 5.25
    NBPEL = 5
    MEG = 5.00

    Short Term Goal
    NBPEL = 5.5
    MEG = 5.5

    Long-Term Goal
    NBPEL = 6.25
    MEG = 6

    Quite true... I suppose I'm not quite sure when I'd expect to see my goals happen. Is it too ambitious to expect my short term gain at the end of my beginner routine?--90 days from now? I just know those measurements are outright goals/expectations. Maybe my reading through some of the others' progress will allow me to put a firm-er time frame of expectation on my own.

    Very reasonable goals. I guess it is really optimist to think you will achieve your short term goal with just JP90, but who knows? Put effort, be consistent, pay attention on your PI's and very welcome again!

    Hey Lemonwedge!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    Half inch gain in three months is possible; however, one year is more realistic

    If you haven’t already done so, it would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to pick one of the beginners routines and continue with It for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine. Once you have made gains you can stop but you will need to do some maintainence work to keep most of your gains. Otherwise, some or most of the gains could be lost. Depends on the individual.

    Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

    Welcome, Lemonwedge! Hopefully, you'll be changing into a LIMEwedge within 6 months or less! By early June you should be posting some gains, if you remain persistent & consistent with your PE training...And it'll also be time to celebrate, " 'cuse every time you gain, "A Corona Gets It's LIME"!

    That's the sort of reality check I was looking for. Whatever the time frame, I'll be happy to reach my goal! Now, though, it's just better to know from your guys' experience, what I can come to expect, and hopefully by when.

    Thanks for the encouragement. I'll keep everyone posted, and likely circle back for advice.

    Also, I'm thinking I will incorporate a pumping routine. From what I can gather from what I've read on this forum, it'll give me some aesthetic, FL "gains."
