  • Finally Made an Account

I'm fairly new to this but not really. I found out about this in 2012 and started one of the program for a bit but was not as determined as I am now and fell off the program. So now I'm back here hoping that I can stick to my routines and get the gains I so desperately crave. Back in 2012 I might have measured 5.5/6 in BPEL, girth might have been slightly smaller than it is now. I was about 390 lbs back then. I lost some weight and at my smallest of 195 lbs in 2015, I had an BPEL of about 7.9/8 on full hardness and I believe that was due to my fad pad shrinking as well. I was still doing stretches and exercises but very rarely. Since then I've gained a bit of weight back (unhealthy) and now my BPEL is 7. So I'm hoping to get better and healthier gains this time around. I just wanted to know are these realistic goals

    Current: FPL: 4.7
    FMG: 4.35
    NBPEL: 6.1
    BPEL: 7
    MEG: 4.8

    Goal: FPL: 5.5/6
    FMG: 5/5.5
    NBPEL: 7/7.5
    BPEL: 8/8.5
    MEG: 6/6.5
It takes 43 muscles to frown, 17 to smile, but only 3 for a proper trigger squeeze.

FPL? Flaccid Penis Lenght? If be, we call ''FL''. FMG? Flaccid mid-shft girth? If be, we call ''FG''.

1'' on lenght is very achieveable, 1.5'' is harder, but nothing uncommon, if you invest time (more than a year) effort and be consistent you can achieve.
Now 1.2'' on girth is rare, 1.7'' is almost impossible, but who knows? Maybe you can be one of the guys who can achieve.

      Welcome to this amazing forum!
Do not stop until you are proud!

      After first 6 weeks:

      FL +0.40''
      FG +0.64''
      BPEL +0.40''
      MSEG +0.16''

          They are set too low.

You were 8 inches BPEL at 195lbs. Your first goal should be to get back to just that which isn't really progress as much as repairing damage. From there on 8BPEL and 195lbs bodyweight you can start making goals.

Another inch is definately not unrealistic in length so 9" in 1-2 years and then daily PE to maintain for the rest of your life, for penis health. I would start by visiting an endrocrinologist and checking your TSH, T4, T3 and LH, FSH, Testosterone, Estrogen. To determine if you need TRT. Since you have had penis shrinkage from 8 back to 7 there is a possibility your sex hormones are really wrong otherwise you shouldn't have shrunk.

As others have said girth is probably unrealistic, maybe 5.5" is a good goal.

So 9"BPEL by 5.5" MSEG and losing weight to 195lbs.

Also if I were you I would start taking cialis every day low dose of 2.5-5mg to both increase testosterone and increase penis blood flow.

              Hey YoGoddy!

              Welcome to the Gym.

              Your goals are just fine.

If you haven’t already done so, it would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to pick one of the beginners routines and continue with It for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine. Once you have made gains you can stop but you will need to do some maintainence work to keep most of your gains. Otherwise, some or most of the gains could be lost. Depends on the individual.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors

What exactly is bad advice in that post? It's all positive and encouraging and very sound advice, would be good to know exactly how all common sense advice can be bad? Cialis part is ofcourse only a suggestion but is it a rule on this forum that if you suggest taking cialis you get a warning and possible ban? sounds insane.

Go to the START HERE button top left of the page. Abbreviations, safe practices, routines all can be found in there. I have never seen Cialis claimed as a testosterone booster. That guys a flake. Good luck and enjoy.

I actually have a bathmate x30 that i use on and off but i usually warm up first with some stretching, jelging and kegeling. then i pump in the shower for about 15 mins then come out and put on one of those silicone tubes to keep the blood flow up while maybe doing some more stretches and jelgs and kegels for about 20 mins then i usually finish my routine.

Cialis is a prescription drug for a reason.

OK, You've been REPEATEDLY WARNED, peckerachu, against offering up inane & dangerous advice to members here. Do it again, and you WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED from PE Gym, for ignoring moderator & admin warnings. WE DO NOT ADVOCATE BIG PHARMA SOLUTIONS to younger members, off the cuff (like cialis or viagra) because those drugs are intended (usually) for older men suffering from legitimate ED.

Recreational use of prescription medications is NOT recommended nor advised, because they actually will cause ED over time, because a healthy male's body becomes dependent on those drugs and actually can STOP his own body from producing testosterone in sufficient quantities.

THIS IS YOUR LAST WARNING RE: THIS SUBJECT! I'd suggest you heed it!
