    Hi Everyone,

    Glad to be a member. I've been hanging for a 2-3 months now...kind of...Well, I started off by creating my own hanging device with cloth and a string...I started off hanging every other day or so as I was approaching it like other muscle groups (if this makes sense). I started with 2.5 pounds and moved up to 10 to 15 pounds with about 20-30 minute sessions..I wasn't sure what to expect at first as I had no idea what I was doing and just changed my approach as I paid attention to how my penis responded to the training...I did learn that I really enjoyed the stretch from hanging...it felt pretty good. I kept this approach up for about a month or so.

    I then gave up on this because I really did not see any gains...

    About a month went by and I told myself I may need to hit it harder to get results so I started back up with daily sessions for with the 10 and 15 pounds for about 20-30 minutes. To date, I have been very consistent with it for the good part of November and all of December.

    I did not know where I was going with this so I never took starting measurements. However, as of 1/5/18, I measured the following: BPEL: 7.375" / NBEL: 6.25" / EG: 5.125% (middle/upper shaft).

    I took these measurements after trying to put on a condom during sex and noticed it was a bit of a struggle to get on and rolled all the way down. The condom just did not want to slide down. At the time, I did not think much of it. I later thought, could it be I've gained that much in size the condoms I always use are fitting too tight...so I did a test run about 2 days later and sure enough the condom was a tight fit. The condoms I prefer are Skyn and I believe they are an average size and i've never had that issue before. It felt pretty darn good having to take a minute to get it to rolled all the down. I felt like the training was paying off.

    That's when I decided to take the measurements and look more into this type of training and came across this site.

    On a side note....from reading through some of the forum, I realized now that one variation of hanging I was doing was similar to clamping with an erect penis which probably contributed to girth gains. I experimented with different angles and attaching to different parts of the shaft and tried to develop a mind muscle connection to help determine what method is really working for me.

    Anyways, that's my story for now. Glad to be a member.

    Welcome to the forums TF, glad you took the time to join. As a side note, hanging is considered a more advanced exercise and usually not recommended until after a conditioning phase where you get yourself ready for more advanced exercises. It would be wise to read everything under the START HERE button which is located at the top left of the screen in the main forums, and also located in the stickies in the beginner forums if you are using the mobile site. Start with manual conditioning programs like JP90 and commit to the full 90 days. Once through that stage you can experiment with other forums of PE. Important to know that unlike weight training, here, more is not better. Too much force can cause injury and we want you to be safe. Instead, we preach slow and consistent and let you know upfront that this is a long process. No shortcuts should be taken.
