I am 52 married and struggle with PE. My wife continues to tell me its ok because she is in menopause and so has little or no sex drive at all, but it bothers me. My 7.5" and thick member gets very hard and i am ok for about 10 min for play unless its the very rare deep bj, then i might make it 2 or 3 min and have to stop her. I would like to last more than 1 to 2 minutes.
I am also a 20+ year chronic pain sufferer and have spent the last 6 years on narcotics. I currently take 6 to 8 norco 10/325 and function normally since i have such a tolerance at this point. I will share more later but that is basics, trying to find some help
