Hey everyone. I’ve been lurking for a long while, exercising on and off for just as long. Thought I would introduce myself. I’ve decided to try and start pe as consistently as I can. I am married with kids and a Pilot by trade. It can be very difficult to find time to keep a consistent schedule between work and family, but I’m up for the challenge. Although I would like to make gains I want to focus overall on just having the healthiest member in the long run. I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it to that for now. I’ve joined a few groups and will be updating my profile with my stats soon.
