My first post here , so here goes .
I have been doing the beginners routine for four weeks , manual stretching and jelqing for 20-30 mins per day 5 days with 2 off , I am seeing definite gains , but don't want to start using extenders , hanging or pumps , would like to know if you can continue to make good gains with ' hands only' routine , and any advice would be greatly appreciated . Thanks .
Starting Stats Flaccid Length 4.25 inches Flaccid Girth 4 inches
Erect Length 6 inches Erect Girth 5.25
Current Stats Flaccid Length 4.4 inches Flaccid Girth 4.5 inches
Erect Length 6.25 inches Erect Girth 5.5 inches
Goal 8 x 6 +
