    Hey everyone, not exactly
    New to the site been in the background for a while adding stats and images for my progress more for personal purposes but thought i’d post for the first time and inhave to say the results ive seen over the past 8 months or somhave been great
    Started off at around 7.5-7.775 with good eq which was shot from past relationship. But through reading on here managed to really see some improvements in girth length and eq Its a great site with some great posts anybody having any doubts just stick with it, times and effort pays off

        Shiver me timbers. Welcome ye to the Gym

        If you have not yet done so, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

          Appreciate the welcome guys thanks 👍🏼,@not2big appreciate the advise bro already past that mind mind pretty seasoned over the last 8months just havent posted ive gained .8 in length going from mybregular bpel of 7.5 to 8.3 and eg of 5.75 to 6.5. Jelqed and stretched a bit when inwas yoonger but got a bit more serious the start of this year added a x40 to my routine, but taking it a but easier witg that atm because i dont want much more gains girth wise
