  • newbie - have known about PE for years but never took the plunge

Hello guys. I'm new here but have always known that PE existed and even have done some jelqs and kegels (though not extensively).

I'm 28, fit by most people's standards, but could and have done better in health and fitness. Overall, I feel like my libido is not as strong as it was when I was younger in terms of desire, erection quality, responsiveness to stimuli, and ejaculatory volume/force. I have lived in a less sunny city and have hit the gym less this past year, so those are 2 major factors, though I am moving so that will change. Also it's been a rollercoaster of a year for me emotionally, which will also change. I also started watching porn again sporadically, which I will now stop.

I already take ginger, zinc, magnesium, b6, iodine and selenium, vitamin C, b-complex, and fish oil. Ginger has had the most noticeable effects on my libido and erection frequency/quality over the years. Strength training, sunbathing and purposeful lifestyle/positive attitude have also been correlated with my libido.

I would say I'm about average when fully erect with high erection quality (which is not always the case). I am looking for increase length, girth, erection quality and ejaculation force. *I am also trying to achieve those goals and find a regimen for that WITHOUT negatively reducing my penis' natural upward curve, or upward erection position.*

I'm excited to be part of the community here and to learn and also to share my experiences. I appreciate any pointers!

    Hey Growing?

    Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

        Thanks for the welcome!

I'll check out the stickies and beginner guides.

Have you guides had any issues with losing an upward curve or erection position (clock) with PE?
