I took two years off from PE due to injury. I started back today and eager to make some gains again.
When I quit two years ago, I was about an 1/8-1/4 longer than today. Probably closer to 1/4. Girth is still good.
I started today with only about 6 mins stretching followed by 100 jelqs which I will do 3 tines a week for the first month. Then I will see where I am at and step it a bit. My problem two years ago was too intense stretching . I had a very difficult time urinating which resolved after I stopped stretching .
Current measure ya are 6.88 BPEL/5.6 girth . My ultimate goals are 7.5 BPEL/ girth. More concerned with length right now. I peaked at 7.13 BPEL - hoping I can hit 7.5 in 1-2 years !!
