Edging 20 minutes directly to bathmate
Bathmate + Pulling together
20% to 90% pressure fluctuations over course of 40 to 90 minutes equal parts rest work
Pulling Bathmate at 90% pressure to what feels like 120% feel ligaments stretch better than manual
Sometimes will sit at 30% for extended time sometimes more intense top pressure intervals dependent on level of soreness and what i feel
Meditation morning night 5 minutes body feel penis scrotum glands head feel arousal state feel, no physical visual stimulation, goal instant erection, sometimes can in this state/time dependent on how close to unconscious state
