    Hey guys new here ! already learned so much over couple days reading. Thank yall! Started PE three months ago. Goals progress actions below.
    .
    Current progress and desired targets
    Starting penis size (Volume Height Circumference)
    13.73vol / 6.5h x 5.15c
    Current post 3 months
    18.66vol / 7.5h x 5.6c
    Post 9 months goal
    23.35vol / 8.2h x 6c
    Post 2 years goal (+2x starting size)
    28.98vol / 8.9h x 6.4c
    Sorry don't know proper lingo yet so used h c and vol for dimensions...
    .
    Collegiate football, Personal trainer, pro kickboxing 14 years incorporating training experience/ideas from this.

    Current daily actions
    Edging 20 minutes directly to bathmate
    Bathmate + Pulling together
    20% to 90% pressure fluctuations over course of 40 to 90 minutes equal parts rest work
    Pulling Bathmate at 90% pressure to what feels like 120% feel ligaments stretch better than manual
    Sometimes will sit at 30% for extended time sometimes more intense top pressure intervals dependent on level of soreness and what i feel
    Meditation morning night 5 minutes body feel penis scrotum glands head feel arousal state feel, no physical visual stimulation, goal instant erection, sometimes can in this state/time dependent on how close to unconscious state
    .
    Short to long term goals
    Size 23.35vol / 8.2h x 6c penis size
    EQ Instant erection/arousal state without physical, visual or imaginary stimulus
    Consistent 15 minute pull from introduction to isolation to sex with new girl, with sexually attracted eyes(done twice)

      Welcome to the gym! Looks like you've been reading up here and there. Good! There is so much information here to go over.

      Also, you can measure the way you currently are. That is fine. But if you are wondering how most people measure.......they use BPEL (Bone-Pressed Erect Length) which just means people are using a measuring device (typically a ruler) and pressing it into the pubic bone, in order to measure their length. MEG (Mid-Shaft erect girth) - this is the other most common girth measurement. Most guys will use a Tailor's tape to measure this and they will either wrap the tape around the base of their unit, just under the glans, or mid-shaft.

          Hey Big Al!

          Progression plan, if i'm answering this right, looking to work bathmate until i hit some type of plateau. Then move into pulling. Sometimes i get sore where pulling feels anti productive towards the girth healing from the BM. Read girls care more about girth, sense i started PE i can feel a huge difference in stimulation/stretch while inside a female. I record measurements only when i feel there may be a change in growth. 90% BM training 10% effort towards pulling right now.

          what's some good ways to incorporate kegels? I've been working on them during ponr during edging subtly. Sometimes release a little sometimes it pulls me back. Read when the muscles are very strong right through a full release a internal orgasm or mmo is possible.. what other possible function do they have.. Should i just do them through out the day or better when pulling or edging..

                When I was asking about progression I was referring to how you make increases to your reps each session.

                Kegels are often best performed immediately after enlargement-specific exercises and before edging. They aid in ejaculatory control, venous strengthening, and enlargement and recovery.

                  Progress my reps and intensity same way as in weight training or athletics. Mostly body feel, bring my self to pain then back off a touch. Oscillating in and out of that area. Every session i can go longer and use more pressure and grow bigger within. If i have a session where that doesn't happen i back off and do a easy day 30% pressure or something of the like. Like ali said i don't start counting until it starts hurting. Used as a metaphor everything off feeling, no set regiment besides work everyday, where some days good, some great, some not.. where not i rest. Found hard to hit plateaus as my regiment flows directly with my progress, rest being as important as work.

                  Also one thing i noticed in the off season long time ago during football days i would always come back next year less than/ slightly rusty at first, then exponentially grow in skill. I could attribute this to fresh mind set, new environment, new ideas/ actions added to old experience, and rekindling for the game.

                      Walking out the door 3am with my girl and two others last night, my girl forgot her purse, did a triple kiss 5 minutes prior to exiting, 7 minutes later my girl discovered her purse was gone stolen, two hours of crying insued, no foursome, all 8. 5+, would of been, first, epic, won't be last.
                      Woke up with hardest best EQ of life i could associate with kegel exercises day before. Kegel it up in semi conscious sleep, first time, pretty rad.
                      Something like this?

                        You can list your training details for each session, and note regular measures every few weeks.

                          Personally, I update my log daily (except on rest days) and I keep my progress log mainly for myself to track my gains and what not......but also appreciate people who take the time to read because sometimes I ask questions in there and stuff. And you'll want to post this in a different thread.
