I am Sean, I am new to PEGym.
I've been searching PE for years. As a newbie here, I suppose to give a sincere intro and my background... I've ED problem 10 years ago. I wasn't sure how I have ED. It might be insufficient sleep, stress from work, alcohol, no exercise/sports at all.
The ED issue is really disturbing. I consulted my doctor 2 years ago, and he suggested me to take Viagra. Initially, I was shocked... I wondered "am I that serious?" after few months struggling, I admit the truth. I took the blue pills. Although I can maintain the erection, I have other side effects, such as blocked nose, red lips and thirsty.
I note this is not a permanent solution, so I have been searching lots of PE and EQ info. I noticed the jelqing exercise, however I wondered was it true? Is it a scam? Does it hurt the nerves/blood vessels/cells etc? Hence I read a lot of forums, websites. And I found there are 2 paid-PE exercise products that I wanted to try: PE Bible and Penis Professor. Certainly, I didn't pay anything. Coz I found PEGym at the meantime.
My top priority issue have been maintaining the hardness; well, without erection hardness, (1) girth, (2) length, (3) endurance and (4) minimizing refractory period are meaningless. Do you guys agree?
Mine is abt 5.5 L x4.7 G. Once I have the hardness, I want to improve girth (to 5.5"), length (to 6.5-7"), refractory period and endurance.
Recently I have started to sleep early and exercise, started jogging for 30 minutes, do some stretching, signed up a gym membership. I also bought some supplement, e.g. cacao powder (cutting coffee), maca powder, garlic powder, green tea, drink heaps of water.
I want to treat PE or EQ seriously, I want to cure my erection and health. That's why I have joined PEGym today, writing this newbie intro post.
Guys, I realise the forum is huge, would you able to let me know where should I start first? There are lots of exercise and routines there. Which one should I start first? Please advise.
