    I'm 22, just starting off, 5'8, 155lbs
    4.0 inch girth & 4.8 inch length


    I'm primarily focused on gaining girth since its pretty thin, my goal is to gain 1 inch in girth, and 0.5-1 inches in length. Is that realistic?

    I would love if someone could take the time to start me off on a routine, and what I should do if these are my objectives.

    I'm thinking of even doing clamping since its super good for girth, also pumps, by chance does anyone have any recommendations of which pump or clamp I should buy?

    Welcome to the forum!

    In the START HERE! link at the upper left of the page you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off. Choose one of the beginner routines that can be found in there(the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) is the most popular one) and follow it through for 90 days to condition your penis before moving on to anything advanced such as clamping. Do plenty of reading and don't hesitate to ask questions if there is anything you don't understand.

      I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

      It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

      Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

      Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

            lol....same stats as me, at least for height and weight. Clamping and pumps didn't seem to do much for me except discolor my dick. Manual work did very well for me.
