    Hi all - I'm 60 years old in very good physical shape and able to obtain and maintain a strong erection only sitting down. No morning wood in years. When I stand up it deflates. I've been divorced from a long term marriage with a toxic HPD woman for 5 years and have not been able to penetrate since. I've tried cialis, levitra and stendra without success. I've had porn addiction issues on and off. I'm also dealing with depression and complex ptsd as a result of my divorce and other issues. I've been checked out by a urologist who gave me a clean bill of health.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Ok so first off quit porn .
    Second thing get a hormone panel done and post the numbers here . Do not accept being told normal post the numbers here .
    I suggest you look at diet and exercise . This includes your pelvic floor /pelvic region . I can post further on this last point if you are interested.

      I do yoga 3-4 times a week, cycle and strength train. Non smoker. All my health indicators are exceptional. I can acheive and maintain a strong erection sitting on my bed fantasizing or watching porn in front of the computer. But no go with fellatio or standing masturbation.

        Have you had a hormone panel in recent times ?.

        How long can you hold a kegel?

          I don't know what a hormone panel is and have never done a kegel. I've got some learning ahead of me.

              Urologist performed prostate exam and psa tests which I passed w flying colors. Psychiatrist and sex specialist diagnosed me with depression and complex ptsd and prescribed Desvenlafaxine which I will not take. She also recommended mindfulness practice which I have been working on w limited success.

              The thing is I can achieve a strong lasting erection while sitting and fantasizing or watching porn with or without ED meds. Just not during fellatio or coitus.

              She theorizes I am "blocked" due to my long term toxic relationship w a psychopath.

              Day 3 of Kegels. Not finding them difficult as my core is strong from running and yoga. How will I know when they have an effect?

              Also day 10 of no fap/no porn.

                Did you get any sort of tests done on your penis- like a carvernosogram?

                You should begin to note an easier time performing Erect Kegels, and you'll develop more powerful EQ. This will likely be noted most during "Morning Wood".

                          To be clear- a distinction should be made between stimulating yourself for training and ejaculation.

                          Kegel 3-4 times a week, to start.

                            Include reverse kegel in your training .

                            I take it you are flexible through doing yoga and your pelvic flexibility is good ?

                            You need to do a hormone panel . This should be a first step for any guy especially a mature guy with eq issues.

                              I'm going back the urologist next Wed. Will ask for hormone panel then. Anything else?
