    Hi, I knew about this forum for a while but just now I got the courage to post.

    I have a few problems that I've ignored for years, but now I have a girl and I need to fix them.

    I'm quite obese at 176cm(5.10?) and 120kg(264 pounds), and I very much have buried penis, plus not having a big one to begin with. I'm working on weight loss, it's my only solution but it will take a long time to get to a healthy weight.

    In addition I also have porn induced erectile dysfunction, I have had multiple chances to have sex and never managed to. I'm trying to Nofap but it's very hard. I also had many tests and there's nothing wrong with me physically supposedly.

    I have done some kegels for a while now but not regularly, I have lost some weight but not a lot, I went on a 10 day nofap streak at most and 30 days for porn, both to no effect.

    My confidence is quite low regarding sex and my body. I'll keep trying to do Nofap and weight loss, is there something else I can do?

    Start with the JP90 routine to condition your penis as well as make newbie gains.
    Weight loss will benefit you, I'm on the journey myself. I'm 6'0 243 pounds. With a 1.5'' fat pad.. I only show 5.0-5.5'' length of my 7''.. I hate that.

        The JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) mentioned above is a great beginner routine to start off with. It can be found in the START HERE! link at the upper left of the page. In there you will also find all of the essential information you will need to get started off.

        First you need to work on the mental side for success. As you already know you erectile dysfunction is psychological and having the right mindset and a high EQ are both important part of a successful PE regime.

            I must say I'm not. I know how important strength training and cardio are but I can't seem to find time or energy in my schedule, which is 100% my fault and something I need to work hard on.

              Few things are as important as your health. Make time for improving it now, or you'll pay for it in not so subtle ways.
