  • Can't feel the PF stretch;(

Hello, I'm 18 and I've been researching some solutions for my PE on this site for some months. I've started to RK, i don't really know if I get it right. Also I tried to Hindi, but i dont feel anything in my PF, only pain at my hips. What am I doing wrong?

    Welcome to the forum!

What do you attribute your PE to? Have you attempted edging type exercises?

Please read the stickies at the top of the premature ejaculation forum. There are a number of great threads on RKs. You may want to ask you question directly in the PreE forum. There are a lot of people who will help.

Try some of the other stretches: happy baby pose, reverse butterfly, pigeon.

For the Hindi squat, I didn’t feel a lot either. I tried making some variations to the standard stretch. I moved my feet further apart (wider stance), I put one foot up on a chair and one on the floor, I laid down on my back - moved my butt up next to a wall, and put my feet up on the wall. I then moved my feet to different positions until I felt the stretch.

Look on YouTube for pelvic floor stretching. There are some great videos.

Do pelvic floor massage by sitting on a tennis ball. Every few minutes, move the ball to a different spot on your pelvic floor.

Look into APT. Watch some videos on YouTube. If your hips are anteriorly rotated, it makes your pelvic floor very thought.

      Good luck!

I guess it's because of my tense PF?When I was masturbating I was rushing to hit the PONR.I was kegeling out the last drops of the urine, my PF gets tense when i get up from a sitting position. So i assumed my PE came from my tense pf.
I will start edging, but it's a pain that the urge to cum comes in like 1 minute.

If you suspect pelvic floor issues please look into the following: The HANS Protocol

In your case, you'd benefit from the "Extreme" Stop and Starts exercise.

Okay, thanks a lot. Should I keep a stronger grip when doing that?

                  Glad to help

Attempt to keep a grip commensurate to the level of tightness you'd expect to experience during a sexual encounter.

Sorry for responding so late, I;ve been busy with a trip. So the pain in the hips is still there in the other stretches. But I still don't feel much in the PF. I'm really confused to be honest.
Also, the edging is a little bit hard, I can't control the IK. Every stroke the BC contracts. How can i control those ?

Expect it to take a few months to see progress with stretching and edging doing exercises 5 days per week.

Please go to the premature ejaculation forum on pegym. At the top, there are a set of sticky posts that have the main exercises. Start there, create a routine, and start a progress log.

                      The main exercises are:
                      1. Pelvic floor stretches and massage.
                      2. Reverse kegels
                      3. Edging/ballooning
                      4. Relaxation technique: breathing and mental exercises
                      5. Learn your arousal levels and work to develop a plateau phase in your arousal
                      6. Quit porn - it messes with your arousal

Some of the stretches I do include:
                      Hindi squat
                      Happy baby pose
                      Reverse butterfly
                      Pigeon
                      Hip flexor stretches
There are good pelvic floor stretching routines on YouTube
Tennis ball massage: sit on a tennis ball. Every couple minutes move it to a new position on your pelvic floor.

As for edging, it will take a while to retrain your brain and body. The stretches will help reduce IKs. Also, learn to do RKs. They help keep your pelvic floor loose when it starts to tighten during sexual activity.
