    Hi guys so this is my first post here I hope a little welcome from you haha, basically I have 3 main questions that I really need an answer for them to correct myself and make a next step in order to improve my sexual life and I hope from this wonderful forum to answer me:​
    • Story: So it’s been 5 weeks that I started a light manual stretching program, I was 6,7 inches BPEL and 6,3 inches NBEL, now I reached 7,3 inches BPEL and 6,3 NBEL

    So I noticed that I gained on BPEL but zero on NBEL and to make clear that I didn’t change in weight and I’m kind of slim/average fit guy
    Question: So what does it mean? And how can I switch my BPEL gains to NBPEL?
    • Story : It’s been a little more than 2 months that I bought a fleshlight and I can go now to 30 minutes with control pretty proud with my progress, should I go the next step and edge now with some hot videos like girls twerking doing yoga or a hot cleavage (I don’t want to see porn it was the main cause of my frustration), or is a bad idea to edge on while visualizing something erotic,

    the main cause of my premature ejaculation is mental if I edge solo I’m total control but if I see a hot chick on a pic or video I lose it and reach ponr instantly - and the fact that I try to think of not thinking about thinking to ejaculate makes me thinking about it hahaha –
    Question: is it okay to add visualization stuff on my edging sessions? And how can I have arousal control even on extreme situations?

    • Story: My penis size is above average I’m happy with it don’t mind some extra inches though hahah, but my concern is my balls I know it’s impossible to make them bigger, but how can I make them full and hang low It turn me on the idea of banging a girl and your balls are swinging,

    Question: is there a routine to make your balls hang very low?

    It could mean inconsistencies in measuring technique. If you measured BPEL directly in the centre of the shaft and then measured to one side of the shaft, the BPEL will give different readings, this is why I aim to measure towards the centre. It could also be that you've gained BPEL but added to the fat pad from exercises, pumping is usually the cause of this though.

    Keep training and exercising/doing ab work and you will gain NBPEL.

    Visualization (using your mind) is good. Ideally, you should be aiming to edge using sensation only but for recovering porn addicts, using thoughts is good enough whilst they recover. I don't recommend watching any kind of porn whilst edging as it can cause ED. If you feel you want to target improving this Pre-E problem you have with sexy photos then you can try with just photos but avoid porn.

    Question: is there a routine to make your balls hang very low?
    Cut down on ejaculation to once per week will make your balls hang low. Also pumping has been awesome for my balls. They always hang low now and drinking plenty of water can help too.
    Start: BPEL - 7.008", MEG - 5.197"
    Current: BPEL - 7.126", MEG - 5.118"

    Goal: BPEL - 9", MEG - 6.5"
