Hi I am from Colombia, I am in my early 30's and I knew about PE few years ago but I've never done it consistenly, I can't do jelqs because of lack of privacy, I don't have devices yet, So I want to know if it is possible to gain 1.1 - 1.5 in BPEL by manual stretching only, my initial BPEL is 5.8 inches
