    Hey guys,

    Somewhat new to the site had a previous account but never posted just stalked but I couldn't find the password to it so I made this new one.

    A little bit about myself;
    Late 20's, I'm 5'2. 6.5 Erect length and 5' erect girth. It's slightly bigger than average and it's always nice when a girl sees it for the first time because they're not expecting it from a short guy like me lol. I do want an increase in both length and girth however as I feel the girth has gone down some in the past 5 years.

    My personal problem is maintaining a consistent schedule in doing exercises without masturbating. I've tried to stay away from porn as I've read from some people that it reduces your overall gains but damn it can be hard when jelqing is finished.

    Anyway I'm going to start out with a light routine 3 days a week for 15 minutes in the shower. I've been using vaseline as I feel it's the best way to jelq but it's so damn messy that the cleanup almost isn't worth it sometimes. Any tips or help would be appreciated.

    Hey Jon!

    Welcome to the Gym.

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercises

    Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

      Welcome John. I use coconut oil for jelqing and whatnot. It cleans up pretty easy, and smells good. You can find it in the cooking section at the local grocery store. Best of luck on your PE journey, it definitely works if you're consistent.

        Welcome to the forum!

        What other exercises will you be doing along with the jelqing? Mineral oil is another good alternative to Vaseline. It's cheap, odorless and lasts a long time.

          No other exercises besides jelqing for now. I wanted to start off slow but I will add more probably after week 2. I will be doing stretching in between 50 jelqs such as helicopter, and stretching upwards while grabbing the head. I'm sure there's a name for it but I don't know it yet.

          I'm also interested in getting the bathmate or a pump when I have the funds. I've read some positive girth gains with its use and would appreciate those kinds of gains. I will buy oil today as both you and Mahoney suggested it.

              I wanted to tag along to your welcome post!

              I have lurked on this site for about 4 years and I decided today to create an account and join the gym!

              In the past 4 years, I have tried many different routines and gained 3/8” in length and 1/8” in girth, so it’s been frustrating at times.

              I finally decided to start pumping a couple months ago. Between the pump and refining my jelqing technique, I think I am ready to make some gains! EQ has been a problem for me the past few years (I’m 42) and I have tried Viagra a few times, so I’m really hoping to improve that too.

              I’m definitely encouraged these days, so I wanted to say hello and introduce myself to the community.

                Welcome to the site as well! I've read pumping has had some good gains with girth and jelqing with length although I could have this backwards.

                Anyway,
