    Hi Everyone
    I ran across this site awhile back and have been lurking for a few weeks, I am 37 years old and would like to increase my girth a bit. For me starting this is more of a pride thing. I know my wife has been with thicker guys in the past and would like to be at the top of the list.

    So far I have been doing 3 sets of 50 dry jelqs after warming up in the morning for the last week. I do get a bit sore so I usually do one day on and one off and have varying the pressure . I might have to try to make something like what is referenced here to try to stretch out my ligaments a bits during the day.

    I am excited to start here is hoping I can follow through with it over time. I know gains will take time but once you can see them all you tend to want is more.

      Hey rrider!

      Welcome to the Gym.

      I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

      It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

      Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

      Once you have conditioned your dick, check out the Pumping stickies under the Devices Forum. I attribute pumping to the over one inch gain in girth.


      Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
