    hello , my name is mouhammed i am from egypt (Africa)
    26 yo , i used to read about PE 1 or 2 years , i quit but i am back
    i love this forum because of the team spirit so i decided to share my routine here
    i'm in my third day btw
    size: L: 5.7 inches G:4.4 inches
    i made a table with my first 90 days beginner's routine
    i write my workout each day i made a progress table weekly measuring my penis size
    safety tips page aswell
    i use cockring after workout one ring around the base & the other below the glans
    i feel better not better size but better health , more blood , more erect control and yea more size but i know this is fake size due to my workout
    Goal: 7 inches length 5.5 inches girth (short-term)
    here is my routine and i need to know , can i do more reps or different exercises
    first day :
    Warm up 5 mins
    530 kegels (hold 455 seconds)
    50 kegeled stretchs 5 directions My LOT 6 O'Clock btw
    150 jelqs (wet/basic)
    100 V-Jelqs (30%-60% erect)
    Compressor 5 reps 30secs each
    50 Horse squeeze
    100 v-jelqs (90%-95% erect)
    Warm down 5 mins
    all counts with one hand (exmple: 150 jelqs 75 right handed & 75 left)
    second day is the same but with more counts
    third day i am gonna do it after posting this
    so any one tell me if any thing is wrong in my routine
    i will appreciate ...

    This is an advanced routine I assume you have the condition for it ?

    There is a lot of kegels here and stretch kegels again condition and I don't see reverse kegels .

      reverse kegels link please , and about the routine is it risky to add advanced exercise ? if it is what should i remove in ur opinion
      i have no injuries or pain btw

            Monitor your erection quality, it it degrades, you would need to reduce what you are doing. An overworked penis will not get as hard as you are used to.

              Welcome to the forum!

              Why are you starting with such a high level of volume- especially for Kegels? This can be dangerous if you're not conditioned for it!

                        Conversion height 6ft 2 in and weight 190lb or 13 and a half stone .

                          i just did my workout i reduced counts
                          warm up , 50 stretches each direction ,100 wet jelq ,50 vjelq 30% erect , 30 horse squeeze , 30 sec compressor , 50 vjelq 90% erect warm down is that good ?
