    Hi, new here.

    Just started. I’ve never done PE before. First step was finding this forum and learning all the lingo.

    I got a phallosan. Just started using it yesterday. Logged in 6.5 hours first day. Not too sore really just the process of putting it on is a pain at first. I have a few questions:


    1) Should the pressure be showing red on phallosan? Mine didn’t come with directions I think. Also it doesn’t feel that much of a pull.

    2) is the suction on the head feels like a penis pump or something that shouldn’t be done for 10 hours a day. It didn’t cause any soreness after first day.

    3) What’s the daily regiment that’s best for this? I work 4 12-hour shirts a week so I can do it then but I haven’t told my girlfriend I’m using it yet so I wasn’t looking to do at home unless it really helps.

    4) are the results permanent? I read here that you lose them if you don’t stick with it. So if I stay the course for a year it will stick?

    Me now as of this week:

    BPEL: 5.8”
    MEG: 5”

    Hoping to get an inch in six months. That’s the promise right?

    First day results:

    Kind of sore taking it on and off.

    I like how it stayed longer during the day and with an erection that night.

    It doesn’t feel like a huge pull so I don’t know if I’m “going hard enough” but I try to keep the tension in yellow to red on the device for the day.

    When you get the structions in the box, I think they said you start at 1 hour and increase 1 hour a day. You work your way up to high yellow, phallosan says avoid red. You want to work your way up in colors to maximize the gains. Too be honest if you need more tension, you might as well invest 100 dollars more and get the phallosan extender. The phallosan is a time intensive device, your gonna be in it for the long run. 1000 hours+

    2) The pump is nice itll make ur glans bigger, if you use the glans cap, you wont get hurt. I pump my glans all the way to fill the bell

    3) you wanna be in the 6-8 hours a day range, and be consistent. Its a ADS (all day stretcher)

    4) depends on the person, You dont want to gain a little then stop. You want to go above your goal and incase you lose some, you still have good gains. The thing about gains is when you have them, you can achieve them again with somework.

    Just finishing third day. Looking at other posts on the phallosan it seems I went a little hard too quick into it. 6.5 hours day 1,
    10 hours day 2 and I’m going for 8 tonight.

    Looking at older posts I also saw something about using hair medicine (propecia) so hopefully that doesn’t get in the way of gains. I’m going to try the 1000 hours before I take a hard look at anything. Probably 2000 hours.

    I try to keep the PS in the yellow. 8+ hours a day. It looks bigger flaccid and feels a bit stronger during sex, which is nice even after 3 days.

    Everything is a bit sensitive and I didn’t have as much trouble getting t on and off like people have been posting with ripped sleeves.

    Over the 1000 hours you should see some gains in small increments. Also propecia..I think its a DHT blocker

    I'm definitely going to stay at this for 1000 hours before I look at gains. 2000 hours before I consider staying with the program.

    So far so good. I'm averaging about 9 hours a day. 11.25 from the study someone did on the forums seems a bit hard considering my routines, but 9 is doable.

    Yes, propecia is a DHT blocker. As is minoxidil. I take both for hair loss. I realize there is a small percentage that have male performance issues, and they say that if those begin to happen to quit the drugs immediately. A very small percentage like 1-2% experience those. And if you immediately stop treatment, only a small percentage of that small percentage don't recover back to normal function.


    I read from the phallosan rep on these forums that using hair drugs will reduce gains with phallosan. his reasoning was that you have erections at night and with the drugs, you don't. I have noticed that I do still have those night erections, and normal sexual function.

    Hopefully everything goes well with using both. I'll keep tracking usage and take measurements.


    One final weird thing is that I've seem to have lost uhhh, pressure? Instead of everything shooting out, it now oozes out when I ejaculate. In an almost delayed speed. Moneyshot kill joy.

    The folks at Phallosan claim that light tension (green-yellow) for longer sessions is the best for results.
    Higher tension levels seemingly toughened up the tissue and poorer results were shown.
    You might start there, and and in time, then increase tension.
    You definitely want to warm up with some heat and manual streching prior to the PF session.
    I also do some light manuals after.
    Stay safe and enjoy!
    P.S. I have moved on to the PF+ after 2yrs of with the Phallosan, but still use the belt also.

    Richardwad: May I ask if you had gains with the phallason? I used it for well over 1,000 hours and didn't make any gains, so curious, if you made any (I'm assuming yes, if you stuck with it for 2 years). If so, how long did it take and how much did you gain? How are things with the plus? Thank you!

    The reason I'm at the pegym is because I had prostate cancer and surgery.
    I have found some answers here for severe ED and getting my penis healthy again.
    When was healthy, about a 6x5".
    After surgery, almost 0. initially started pumping with a leluv and the BM.
    Got into extending to try and get some length back.
    I have used the QEP and the PF and now the plus.
    My EQ is still poor, about a 5 for normal.
    A handful of times I'll get erection at about an 8 or 9.
    My best measure was 6.75x6". This a couple of hours after a pump session.
    I am floored that I saw any gains at all.
    I don't really like to talk results, because I will be subpar and don't want to discourage anyone.
    It would have been fascinating to have started PE at 25yrs and seen the results then.
    pumping, extending, and light manuals is my routine.
