Hi Guys,
mmcga (making my cock great again) is here to say hi. I started on a PE journey about 16 or so years ago. I know, wow that's a long time. But since I started I had two kids and a busy work- family life where I just didn't seem to have the time. So like a lot of guys I stopped. But in the back of mind I always had that what if I didn't stop thought. After a long time of being away I'm back. There seems to have been such a great increase of understanding on the topic of PE. Back then jelqs and stretching were about the only manual exercises that a guy could do. V jelqs weren't invented yet. Edging wasn't a thing and masturbation was discouraged.
Anyway I'm excited to be back. I have a plan, the PE90 to start. I've built a log on my phone to keep track of my routine and gains. I feel more focused this time and really want to make some gains.
My current stats are 6.25 BPEL and 5 EG.
I have an obtainable goal of 7 to 7.5 BPEL and 5.5 to 5.75 in EG.

Hey mmcga!
Welcome back to PE and to the Gym
As a refresher, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.
It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.
Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.
Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

Glad to have you here! If you stay focused and keep a decent routine going you should hit your goals before this year is over. Keep track of your progress and remember to gradually increase the intensity of your workouts, every month you should reevaluate your routine and try to push yourself more.
Best of luck to you!

Anyone seen Cusp ? Never mind.
Oh hi there mmcga ! We do try to have a little fun here and there. Like its not entertaining enough to be at a site where we all sit around at our computers, and tug on our peckers ! Can't let boredom set in, heavens forbid.
Have some fun !Valued Member of 10 years at the PEGym
