    Hello all, I'm a 25 year old male and I've always wanted to shoot a larger amount of semen. Ever since I have started masturbating, I've shot a decent amount, and when I say shoot I mean it pretty much just oozes out, It's very thick compared to most guys I've been with. I've been drinking a lot more water and I've noticed, that on it's own has thinned it and allowed me too shoot a little bit. My boyfriend shoots up to his chest or further consistently, and I get jealous because it's something I've always wanted to do. I've been looking into supplements to help produce more semen expulsion and increase production, but I'm not getting any hard evidence.

    I've been seeing Semenex, Ejaculoid, and Volume pills as being the "#1 semen volume enhancers" on the market. They're pretty pricey, but I make a fair amount and I'm not afraid of the cost if they work. I'm looking for any testimonials or any suggestions on how to get me to the point where I can shoot the way I've always dreamed of. I would also be interested in natural ways, such as exercises (with details on how to do them) or foods I can eat to enhance semen production, or vitamins/minerals that work for people. The one thing I've seen that I don't think I can do is go days without ejaculating. I have a high sex drive compared to other 25 year old males, and I don't like going without ejaculating at least once a day which is my average.

    I would also like to point out I am not looking to boost sperm count at all. I am purely looking to increase my seminal fluid. I am a gay man who has no plans of having children, this is purely about shooting a bigger load, not a more productive load.     The Cum Holy Grail is a good one. There is also an article called "Secrets to a Pornstar Cumshot" that lists several supplements that create a lethal concoction. It would be worth looking into. I have spent years trying different things to increase orgasm intensity, distance and volume. I will share my thoughts and what has worked for me.

    I once bought a years supply of Volume Pills. They did work to increase the amount of cum but certainly not the 300% as advertised. I have been able to replicate the results by just taking a few supplements. If you want a "one pill" solution, this works but the results are exaggerated and the cost is high.

    I bought the ingredients for the Cum Holy Grail and got about the same results as volume pills. Keep in mind with any of this (except lecithin) it takes about 3 months of taking everything to see max results (even Volume Pills). Buying everything for the Cum Holy Grail is almost as expensive as Volume Pills lol. Unless you get really cheap ingredients but then your results wont be nearly as good.

    After trying the Cum Holy Grail, I noticed certain supplements were very effective and others had hardly any effect. Lecithin and zinc were by far the most effective. Pygeum didn't make my precum like a faucet lol, I don't know if it did anything at all and it got dropped off my list.

    Then I tried most of the supplements from the "Secrets of a Pornstar Cumshot" article, it was a PDF. I tried searching for it today and could not find it quickly. Of course it has lecithin and zinc but two other ingredients that I found to be amazing was maca powder and swedish flower pollen extract. Maca gave me stamina and endurance like no other and swedish flower pollen made my orgasms feel so intense that a few times I felt like I was going to pass out; it also is a key ingredient for shooting ropes of cum.

    All that being said, my favorite supplements to take are: lecithin (2 x 1200mg/day sunflower lecithin), ZMA (3 at night before bed), swedish flower pollen (Source Naturals 3/day, morning, noon at night), maca powder (30-45 min before activity). ZMA is great for sleep as well, swedish flower pollen takes about 3 months to build up in your system before you start experiencing the full effect.

    Additionally, rest and hydration is key. Drink lots and lots of water. Target 8 x 8oz glasses a day or more. Coconut water is even better. Kegels will help get the cannon in good shape. 3-4 days of not cumming is the sweet spot as well.

    When you are ready to cum, try not to force the orgasm and contractions. Instead, let the pressure build up like a volcano, don't voluntarily contract or try to cum. Your body will go into autopilot once the pressure builds up enough and take over. You will find that you can shoot much further that way. I could pull out from missionary and hit their face and wall past their head.

    This is so freaking helpful man! I really appreciate it, I will definitely get into looking into those supplements! I cum a good amount, I just have never been able to "Shoot" it because it's so freaking thick. I have noticed with a better diet, more water, and some kegels I can manage to shoot a small distance, but not where I wanna be.
