Good afternoon, this last week my pf was kinda imabalanced but I don't know what to do to start fixing it
Should I stretch, should I strengthen?

Case 1 - weak muscles: tight weak pelvic floor
Case 2 - Overworked muscles: tight weak pelvic floor
So it's tricky because they have pratically the same symptoms
My question is: how can I enditify myself in which case I belong 1or 2? And what progrzm should i do to fix it?
