    So I believe it is good style to introduce myself, now that I registered for this most interesting forum:

    I'm male, in my late thirties, live in Germany - and can relate to much being discussed in this forum, even though I have never before made a dedicated effort before to follow the kind of advice given here. But I was fortunate to know, that such information must be "out there", because a friend was into PE years ago and told me about it vaguely.

    I had been a late starter into sex at age 22, I was very shy and super-odd with women back then and for almost 10 years I struggled with premature ejaculation to some extent. Part of it was surely my general nervousness around women (and that I wanted "to do it right"), another part of it may have been my then porn usage (which started long before I actually got physical with women, which is odd in itself, if I think about it). I'll not judge other's enjoyment of porn, but I'm a firm believer of the information presented here. Seriously changed my life.

    E.g. it helped me to recognise it as an addiction in me, how it is messing with my brain's chemistry and how I had an odd perception of sexuality, since this was basically from where I took my first ideas/learned about sex. I have been trying to ban pornography out of my life for good, but sadly I have not been able to completely, yet. E.g. I can now recognise, that I mostly don't even enjoy it anymore, if I watch it and how I only come back to it, if I'm on a low/don't really want to feel ongoing negative things.

    Anyway, trying to fix my premature ejaculation led me to do research in my early twenties, already - and I discovered psychological aspects, ways to decrease intensity, training my pelvic floor, "trained" with a Fleshlight STU for a while and it started a long tradition of edging for me. Edging is highly pleasurable for me and I never perceived it as a workout. Still I was happy to read on this forum, that some regard to it as an important cornerstone of PE work. But I didn't learn any more advanced techniques like the jelq or such so far. I guess I'll do that now, once I start with the always-recommended JP 90 beginner program.

    I yet have to set a specific goal for myself. Most of my life, I just wanted to be able to last longer in bed (which I achieved partly). Later on, I discovered the possibility of male multiple orgasm (which I'm going to equate with dry orgasm) -- and this is really high on my list. I'm hoping this will hugely transform my sexual experience, because I perceive a significant loss of (sexual) energy upon ejaculating. I know, that many men just love to ejaculate and couldn't imagine refraining from it ... but for me, most of the time, it's "just not worth it". I then often feel tired, less than energetic, can't concentrate well ... and, of course, my accumulated sexual desire is just "flushed out". Whereas I have a far better experience, if I just refrain from ejaculation - even when I have sex. However, I have not yet stuck to a routine, that got me to the ability to have dry orgasms. So this is going to be my first priority.

    Now a big topic on this forum is penis enlargement. Previously I never felt like this was a thing for me. So when I stumbled upon pegym.com many years ago, I thought it wasn't for me. I'm quite tall at 6"3, my penis is slightly above average (still got to learn how to measure according to the popular metrics here in this forum) and even being insecure with many things in my life, I just never had any of this insecurity towards my penis. E.g. I never felt too small, I was never told to be too small ... and generally I thought I had good sexual experiences in my life. OK, for some odd reason I used to mostly have relationships with really short women (like 5"0 - 5"2) and it may have helped, that they perceived me as "larger". When I slept with taller women, I could clearly feel, how I was far from "filling them out". Not that this was a real necessity ... but the experiences described in this forum got me really curious, what it would be like to bring more length and girth to intercourse.

    Now I've always been very much focussed on the pleasure of the woman I had been with - but I'm also thinking about myself, here. Because in the last few years I gradually had the perception, that intercourse often times didn't stimulate me so much, anymore. E.g. I would have been wishing for "more friction", so to speak. Now I understand, that a woman can train her pelvic floor and that this could be more stimulating for her and for me. But seriously, I yet have to meet a woman, who will want to do that by herself (and I haven't been able to motivate that, before). So I thought I better check, what I can do here, myself. Penis enlargement seems to be the answer, I guess.

    Now I yet have to come up with a good initial measurement. Or more precisely, with the right way of measuring. Because I would measure myself at a BPEL of 6,6" and MSEG of 5,5" - and somehow, I'm not sure, if this can really be correct. Once I started measuring, I wondered somewhat. Because I'm almost sure, that in my late teen years, I measured myself at NBPEL of 6,1", only. I didn't have much fat, so the "N" shouldn't have been the reason. So I guess I made some unintentional newbie gains. Because in the last 12 months, I used a Bathmate HydroXtreme 7 with a hand pump. I just bought it for my entertainment, for the sake of curiosity and to "breathe some more life into my erections" (which happily worked very well!). I have been absolutely inconsistent with its usage, sometimes didn't use if for weeks ... didn't even jelq after a session (but there was edging, so maybe that has worked?) ... still I believe I have been gaining slightly. It's hard to tell, as it is happening so gradually - but I think there has mostly been a slight gain in girth. Now if that has already happened with this smallest level of commitment and energy invested, I'm ready to give the "real thing" a shot.

    P.S.: Please excuse my user name for probably sounding a little childish in English language - it's based on a play of words, that only makes sense for me (and in German language). But I just had to take it.

      Now that's a proper choice for a man of size

      (Funny enough, I actually work in the German auto industry and AMG headquarters are located no more than 15 miles from my home)

        Hey Dickinger!

        Willkommen in der Gym

        It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

        Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to. A 1/2” fat pad is actually quite normal for young guys
